Carrington Mortgage is horrible. They lose payments, delay posting and then charge you a late fee. They do this to force you to pay electronically.You are better off not buying a home if this is your only option.Go to local bank, I did , much better service, same price, less hassleJames Mullen, Philadelphia

This is my 2nd review. I’m adding another 1 star review because they NEVER pay my tax bill on time, and i get charged all these extra fees via my township. Then they have the nerve to increase my mortgage to recoup the money. I’m consulting an attorney on this.

I have to agree they suck . My mortgage was also transferred to Carrington and I hate dealing with them , they really get o rating as far as I’m concerned.?
