I had the privilege of working with Olivia Jannuzzi, who has a very warm and personable way of supporting her clients. Since buying a home is a super stressful process, having someone both knowledgeable and down-to-earth guide me was a huge relief! We loved working with Carol and would do so again in a heartbeat. She is an excellent listener and a consistent and empathetic communicator. She is thoughtful and supportive, she has a great sense of humor, and she is open-minded. She was so easy to work with in all ways, and she understood exactly what we were looking for (and had terrific suggestions for us) in a challenging cross-country relocation to Philadelphia. We particularly benefited from Carol's amazingly detailed level of knowledge about Philadelphia. We would say, "we are interested in (house address) and without hesitation she would say, "oh that block is quiet and there's a great cafe on the corner" or "that block is loud due to bus lines and traffic" or (in one instance) "A number of people had flooded basements in the blocks that surround that property after Ida, so I don't recommend it". The house that we ultimately bought from her was an exclusive listing that we weren't particularly interested in based on photos, but she booked a showing anyway and we LOVED it. It's fantastic and transcends the list of things we'd hoped to find in our next home. We are so happy that we were able to trust (and benefit from!) Carol's intuition and expertise. Carol was absolutely the right person to use as our buying realtor for Northern Liberties. As a resident of the neighborhood, she was up to date on the housing options, the builders and even the local restaurants to try during breaks in our house search. Once we put a bid on a house, she was always readily available to meet us there for appraiser, contractor, workman appointments pre-closing. And, she (and Andrew) were very timely with paperwork, updates, and any assistance that we needed.

My husband and I spoke with a number of agents by phone before deciding to work with Carol. We were first time home buyers and also new to Philadelphia, and we wanted to find a realtor who would not take advantage of our lack of experience in both respects. From the start, Carol was incredibly patient, honest and friendly and we hit the ground running. We saw a number of houses, some at the higher end of our price range, but Carol was meticulous in helping us assess potential issues with the house honestly. When we eventually found the house that met our needs, Carol was responsive and supportive throughout the entire process of inspection and negotiation with the sellers. Through her years of experience in the industry and this area, Carol has a great network of real estate-adjacent industry experts and professionals, and we ended up relying on her recommendations from everyone from our mortgage lender to plumbers and electricians. We have now been in our new house for six months and couldn't be happier to recommend Carol as a realtor.

Carol is truly great to work with! She advised us on how to prep our home for sale and how to market it - and she was spot on! We had a line of people down the block waiting to see our home for sale, and as promised she delivered high quality offers. Other homes on the block for sale still just sitting there - don't be them! Carol Diament is by far the best real estate agent! PERIOD! As a result of job change, we again had to figure out how we were going to sell our property. Since Carol had done a great job finding us the house 6 years ago, it was obvious that Carol would be our seller's agent. I cannot begin to say how challenging that process was, especially the stress of having to moving far away, but Carol did the most unbelievable thing: She was able to keep our house on the market and ensured that every little fix was settled.Despite a lot of hurdles that came with selling a house, she kept us informed and guided our decision making. Every choice she made ended up netting us more than if we had decided to not follow her recommendations. We feel very lucky that we had such a wonderful real estate agent, and I will forever owe a debt of gratitude for the incredible selfless work she did in making sure we got the best deal. I wish I had someone like Carol to help me with my new home search in my new city!

We bought a new construction in 2018. Carol was a joy to work with. We found a house at the price point we wanted that we were able to customize. Carol answered all of our questions and got us to where we wanted to be. I would highly recommend Carol for any home buyer.
