I dropped my jacket off and it was dirty but it had no holes , this is how my jacket was when I picked it up and I brung it to her attention and she act like she didn’t have a care in the world and like I was crazy ! She just kept saying all she do is dry clean . My jacket is damaged she wouldn’t refund me or try and see how the jacket can be fixed . Cleaned my Ugg boots, one pair I'd had for about 3 years, the other 2 years. Took 3 weeks, didn't change out the insoles, not even sure it was an option. One boot has a little damage from brushing.. but nevertheless my boots were cleaned and look pretty good. And at a fraction of what it costs to buy a new pairs, let alone two.

I haven't gotten any dry cleaning done here yet, but I've had clothes altered and tailored. They're quick and do a great job. I recommend them.
