Went to this car wash earlier today and mentioned to the guy that when I get the $8 wash the bird poop doesn’t come all the way off so I’ve decided to get the $12 wash so before I went in I mentioned about the bird poop that was on my driver side door and driver side back light so he got a brush with a handle and started to get bird poop off of left driver side door and as he was doing that I said to him not to put any scratches on my car because of the way he was brushing it so after coming out from the wash to dry my car off I’ve discovered scratches on the door that he was trying to get the bird poop off of which was my left driver side door and when I brought it to his attention he gonna say that he didn’t put any scratches on it! SMH!! Sir before I brought my car there I didn’t have any scratches and of course I know that because I’m always checking my car for any little thing!! That’s just like the car wash in south Philly off of 22nd and Passyunk telling me that their machine didn’t put 2 dents on the roof of my car when I know there was none before I went thru the wash!! Gonna go back to 63rd to find out who’s in charge because I’m not letting this situation slide!!

I have been to this business several times. However, today was a horrible experience! My truck did not come clean when I went through. I went back around and pointed out some spots on the hood that were still dirty and smeared. The person working out front said there was nothing he could do to clean it.... at the car wash... he could do nothing to clean the truck.. I asked if I could go back through to try to get the spots out, to which he said, "Not without paying again".. this is not what good customer service looks like in any business!! I will be certain to share my experience with everyone!

The free vacuum and the cool lights inside the car wash bring me here weekly. Be prepared to wipe excess water off your car I haven't found a carwash in Philly that dries the entire car. I like how the machine puts shine on the wheels without having to wait for someone to walk around with a bucket to polish all four wheels. One of my favorite car wash spots!
