I am a 5-year+ member so I definitely recommend the monthly membership... So worth it .. it's a very popular place it does get busy but there are different times of the day where you can go and get right through. Seriously get the monthly membership you can go everyday once a day for the whole month. If you go three times in a month you're better than even. Also free self high-powered vacuuming.

Decent car wash, free vaccum before you park. It’s inside the plaza so can be tricky to find. They also offer monthly membership which is worth it if you are in the area and would often wash the car. Quick and easy step process to get a decent car wash. Lines are not slow and usually the wait time can vary from 2-3 minutes. Overall a good place for quick wash or an elaborate exterior cleaning.

Terrible Car Wash!!! DO NOT USE!! The wash knocked off my side view mirror. Like completely ripped off the side of my car. The workers leading you into the car wash could care less if your car is lined up on the wash properly. The manager is a shiesty person. Refused to take any ownership!! If you like you car whole or in one piece, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

It’s a car wash. Gets the job done if you’re feeling too lazy to hand wash your car. That being said, be careful if you use it everyday because it will literally strip the clear coat off your car. Don’t even bother if you just got ceramic coating. If you’re fine with swirls all over your car, go for it.

The staff there is TOP NOTCH. Everyone there is about the business, their business, and your business. The customer service they all provide is the bee's knees. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, problem solving (with a smile), very helpful (especially with the kiosk) keeping things flowing nice and smooth, always a clean environment dispite the nasty behind people who have no idea that the trash receptacle is right in front of their faces. Like, come on, people, it's right there. Can't ask for better service.
Now the actual wash.
It's not what it used to be. They need to slow the speed of the wash and adjust the brushes to hit the entire car (my back and front license plate always needs to be wiped down) and clean out the nozzles for the soap, etc, dispensers, and re-angle the blowers to dry your car (front and back and where the mirrors are) and they could probably stand to change the buffer rags. I have that little spoiler on the back of my car... the brushes used to wash under there, but it just doesn't anymore. Unless I'm mistaken, and it never did.
It's not bad, though, just my thoughts.

I only used the vaccum this time but it was $1 and for 4min and it worked great. I wash my car 2 times a day so I may know a vacuum or 2.
