I did not watch them clean my car, but I am certain there were Q-tips involved. My car was immaculate. When I walked up to see the finished product, one of them was trying their damndest to get tar off my fender! And he did. They were very easy going and professional. 10/10 will definitely have them wash my car again. Price is worth it for level of service and convenience.

Extremely unprofessional. I had an appointment at 1pm and at 1:30pm I still haven’t received a phone call or text telling me that they were going to be late. I called and the individual told me he “lost track of time” he also said he was still working on the first car and he could get to me after without providing any sort of timeline. Terrible… If you run a business in which appointments are suggested, it is your job to keep track of those appointments as well. Wasting someone’s time is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I would not suggest using this service unless you have nothing better to do than to wait around on them.

I recently had the pleasure of using Car Shine Mobile Detailing, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the exceptional service that I was provided.

These folks did an excellent job on my car. They come right to your house which is so convenient. They were prompt, communicative and friendly. Most importantly they did fantastic work and my car looked spotless. They really take their time. I’ve had multiple other people out for a detail over the years- but these guys are far superior for the same prices. Highly recommended!Services: Full body wash

I contacted this business and easily was able to book online which is a big plus! I was able to get an appointment quickly. They came to my daughters house on a Friday where I watch my grandson. Tyrone was very friendly and got to work right away! He spent more time than quoted to get the SUV in top notch shape! It was very reasonable as I got the $85 SUV express. He spent over 2 hours on it and it looks as good as the day I got it. It was easy and he used his own water and supplies. Can't recommend enough! Will definitely use Car Shine Mobile Detailing again!

What an excellent experience! We've had a couple detailers clean our sedan, but no one has been as detailed or dedicated to cleaning like this company.Many stains we thought that would be permanent on our seats were cleaned off and even the crevices were fully vacuumed and wiped down.Highly recommend this car detailer that comes with a fair price and great service.

Car shine mobile detailing ruined the headliner of my car! The headliner of my car was not perfect before getting their mobile detailing; however, I now have stains and marks all over my headliner that were NOT there before. My headliner looks worse after going here, and Car shine mobile detailing has done nothing to help with the problem after calling them. Also before my appointment with them they had to cancel twice before coming to "detail" my car. The first time their van broke down, which I had no problem with and understand--things happen! However, the second time they scheduled an appointment for me, they did NOT show up. I called and asked if they were coming, and they said they were but were going to be a little late. They never showed up and I had to call and reschedule. I wish I never did because when they did show up on the third scheduling, they were late, ruined my headliner, and left wax marks all over my car. Overall they did a horrible job and would never recommend this place. I wish I could get my $200 back!Services: Auto detailing

Dametrious from Car Shine Detailing came out to detail the interior of my Nissan Maxima today. He arrived on time and was very polite. My car looks better than the day I got it. I have an XL dog who sheds A LOT in my back seat. You could never tell I had a dog in my car looking at it now. From start to finish this company was a pleasure to work with and I will refer them and use them again in the future!Services: Auto interior vacuuming
