Had a great experience at Cal’s. Unfortunately needed more work done than I planned for, but Cal was friendly, professional, and explained the problem clearly. Was able to do the work right there on the spot. 10/10 would recommend!

Cal is so AWESOME!!! I came into the shop anxious as I knew I needed a lot of work done on my car. He reassured me that he would do a thorough check and he indeed did that! I got brakes, rotors, a belt, and much more done. Cal even made sure I had new windshield wipers. Cal called and emailed me the receipt and made sure I approved everything he planned to work on. When I came to pick up my vehicle he showed me all the parts he replaced and thoroughly described to me the condition those damaged/worn parts were in. I can’t thank Cal and his team enough for the TOP TIER service!! I am new to Philadelphia and will ONLY be going to Cal for service on my car! I wish him nothing but continued success on his mechanic shop!

Called in because I suspected my brakes were worn down. I was able to make an appointment with Cal the next morning. He was very communicative - called about the work needed to be done, emailed the estimate, and sent pictures of the progress. Work was finished within a couple hours and I can feel the difference. Fair price, exceptional service, and quick turnaround. Highly recommend!

I 100% recommend bringing your vehicle to Cals Diagnostic, I can assure your vehicle will be in good hands as they work to do what’s best for your vehicle. I recently visited cals for a break repair and they informed me I actually needed rotors as well, so I especially appreciated the thorough inspection they provided, the transparent pricing, the comfortable waiting area. This was by far the best experience i have ever had with an auto repair shop. Cal was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. He did the diagnostic with me right there, breaking down everything that i needed to know and that needed to be fixed. usually a lot of places will overcharge you and not explain anything, not here, Everything was explained and reasonably priced. On top of that Claudia was also amazing setting up a payment plan for me so that i can pay everything off when i was able to. Both kept in constant communication with me giving me updates along the way and helping with anything that i needed. My car hasn't ran this well since i bought it. This shop is now my go-to for anything that i need for my vehicle. Come to Cals literally the #1 shop in Philly

Cal is a frickin wizard! I came to him with a scratch beyond the primer, a dent, and one of my moldings coming off. a few places I went told me it was borderline repairable, but Cal was able to get me in and out within a week with a price that was MORE than fair. He even came in on a Sunday so that I could pick up my car for my commute on Monday. He and his team were beyond professional and they made my car feel brand new (even cleaned it!). Definitely would recommend. Very professional and courteous.
