I have replaced two kitchens now using ready-to-assemble cabinets from Cabinets Bay LLC. Their products are excellent, their prices are competitive, they are extremely detailed and timely in their correspondence, and they are cheerful and helpful. I plan to use them again whenever I need more kitchen cabinets. Highly recommended.

I dealt with Kate Reed great experience, great communication found an error that I made without the benefit of a drawingThe order was done in a dayEstimated time of shipment a week delivery two weeks I thought to myself no way the order showed up at my house a day before the ship date delivered in eight days from the order being placed now I’m on the East Coast so I’m sure that helps just open. My first box started with the one that had a little bit of damage to the box. Perfect shape it will a take me a couple days to get them all put together. I expect a couple hiccups somewhere, but then again, I didn’t expect to get them this quick and this easy and this is not my first time ordering stuff like this we’re off to a great start.

These cabinets have been installed for about a year. The doors are junk!! The drawer faces are junk. I have splitting at the seems of the door faces and my drawer faces are warping!! This is supposed to be a high end product.

We ordered their Traditional Espresso cabinets for our office space. The price is incredible. Their customer specialists are very responsive, and the quality of the cabinets is decent for the price. I would recommend this company for business.

These cabinets are hot garbage. They're made very cheaply. I had an issue with one cabinet and was told it was the installer error. Also one of the shelves were cut too long so it doesn't fit. When you spend as much money as I did, you shouldn't have to cut a cabinet shelf to fit. Customer service was poor and they were extremely defensive and had a bad attitude. Don't waste your money. Buy from somewhere else.**They responded. See below. I still stand by what I said. Just because you buy something in October doesn't mean you install it the same month. Apparently, this concept is confusing to them.

I've never left a review for any product before. But this product deserves recognition. The cabinets we ordered are gorgeous, and such high quality. We have them up now, and once the kitchen's finished we'll post a picture. Don't hesitate to order from these guys.
