So they don’t have bags then they tell you that you can’t take the cart out the store. Even when you purchase a full body mirror+other items. Ridiculous.

Horrible service. It's the middle of the afternoon and only ONE cashier is working!!
There are 12 people in line with baskets full of things and no help. People have begun to walk out and that is money left on the floor literally because these people are putting their things back!!
The ONLY reason I'm still dealing with this is because I'm doing a favor for a friend. If I was not, I would have walked myself.
They finally sent up a young lady to the front but she attitude ALL OVER her face. She didn't greet the next 3 customers at all. It wasn't until that 4th customer when she said " hello . Would you like a bag today?"
Do better or lose business because this is not how you give great customer service especially when you had others walking around the back of the store that could have helped and then returned back to their tasks.
I recommend if you can get to Cheltenham or even Jenkintown, GO THERE. Much better service and selections

This was my second time in a week going in and both times I found some good deals. My only concern was the security guard that followed me around the store. I didn’t really realize until the end of my shopping trip or I would have said something. Idk if it was because I had a stroller and my two boys but I hate when workers follow u around the store, I have a good job and don’t need to steal! If I see him there again I will say something.

If you like standing in long lines over 20mins and have nothing but free time this is the place to go. This is my 3rd time in the store and each time line crazy long and only two registers open YALL need to get better

Every time after paying all my stuff and walked right through the security door and the alarm always went off, a very rude, one of the security guards always double checked me like I was shoplifting. I hate the fact that he didn’t even see me walk out of the cashier. He needs to do his job right.

A big store with no restrooms. I asked the security and he told me it's closed. I asked the cashier and she told me that the staff cannot even use the restroom and that during their whole shift, they don't use bathroom. Bad place to go shop if you are expecting and using toilet frequently.

I went here a lil after 9pm on a Thursday, and they rushed everyone out by 9:30, so I think yall need to change the hours to the store
