I love all Buffalo Exchange they are a stylish afford store. This Penn store was lovely and had a celebratory event when I visited so staff were lovely. The vibe was great.

buffalo exchange is a weird one. it's certainly possible to find something you love, but it's, well, really hard. i guess that's to be expected.
i think they should stop accepting shein/cider/other penny fast fashion brands. or, at the very least, they should price them reasonably -- for example, a used cider top should be no more than $3, considering cider dropships from aliexpress. you would be hard pressed to find anything that cheap -- even shein -- in buffalo exchange.

I had a bad experience there selling I bought some red bottoms from there like 2 weeks ago then I took them back and they told me they don't remember me buying them from them and telling me that they was falling apart but I've been selling and buying there for years I was very disappointed and I even have a picture of the merchandise that I didn't even know I had a picture of the merchandise that I took the day I bought it so by her saying she don't remember the merchandise is kind of sketchy to me like I said I even have a picture of the merchandise that I took the day I bought the merchandise and it even have a tag on it.

I love shopping here! The staff is so friendly, especially Sam. Sam is always very kind and helpful. Buffalo Exchange is lucky to have such a wonderful employee.

I sold clothes here today and had a great experience. I was helped by Journey, who was so sweet and made great conversation while going through my clothes. She priced items as she went, and although I didn’t sell all of my items, I made $91! I took the exact same clothing to the 2nd street thrift last week and was offered $21 for the exact same clothes. I’m shocked by the price offering difference, and highly recommend selling at buffalo!!!

Found a pair of shoes that were damaged and requested a discount. The woman I talked to was extremely rude, and offered a price that was completely unreasonable for the condition/brand. Did not buy them due to terrible customer service...would've considered it if she was nice, too bad :(

Horrible. Despite their terrible reviews I made the trip to center city Philadelphia to sell a brand new pair of white van classics and a never used Michael kors gabby design purse. I was offered $7 cash. I've never felt more insulted. I'm to believe they are selling both items combined for under $25 ?. Terrible. Never again. I will scream it to anyone who listens. .Do NOT waste your time going there.

i have been selling clothes here for a long time. the staff are very reasonable and explain very clearly what can or can't be bought. the store is well organized and the staff work hard to keep things moving even when it is busy.

Horrible. Despite horrendous reviews I took the trip to the city. I have to say if i could give negative stars I would. Every negative review's valid....honestly the reviews were far too kind. Brand new pair of van classics in box and Michael kors gabby design never ever used I was offered $7 CASH! They must take me for an idiot. I'm to believe combined they are selling both items for under 25 bucks? I hate to see what they would offer you for something used. Geez. Please don't waste the gas to get there. Staff is unpleasant and rude. You ll get offered pennies. And read other reviews bc I did but didn't take heed. They are the worst.

The people who work there are miserable. You spend so much time getting stuff together to sell which they advertise they buy and they end up just never even taking anything. It’s so dumb.
