I Was in Philly this week to look for some outfits for an upcoming wedding event . After visiting several stores walked into this store and was very pleased with their displays . Looked around a bit and thought that perhaps pricing was a little high. We left and went to other clothing stores in Philly with total disappointment .We immediately returned to Brooks Brothers on Walnut and could not be more pleased w our salesperson Gabriela (Gabby) . She was knowledgeable on her product line and was not pushy at all . Refreshing to say the least . We were very pleased with the experience / product quality / product knowledge and mostly the styling assistance . 5 star experience !!

the staff is incompetent and they have no service skills. my husband and I went to buy some dress shirta and he ended up choosing 4 shirts he liked. as we check out, we were told that 3 of the four shirts are unavailable, at any brooks brother store). I ask to be rung up for the one shirt that my husband tried on in store, and they proceeded to tell me they cant sell me the shirt my husband tried on. when I told them I might not want to order the shirt for shipping as I needed the shirt for an event and planned to buy in store, the sales clerk literally left the register and walked away. There's a reason brooks brothers is going out of business and staff like these are why.

Beautiful building, with extremely knowledgeable people. At first it's a bit intimidating, with the traditional English interior and the not the best friendly people, but they know what they are talking about (compared with many places with nice people who don't know anything). High quality products. And great deal when you make a purchase on sale.

Coming from out of town, I needed a few items last minute for a speaking engagement. Fernando my sales associate, was an absolute rock star. He asked the right questions, made the right suggestions, read my urgency and really made my whole experience easy and enjoyable. I can’t express how important Fernando’s service was to me, it’s truly an art form. Go see Fernando, you’ll look good and feel good.

One of the managers, Dean, helped me find Sport-coats for my boyfriend. He was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and very nice. Service was a bit slow, but at least the time spent was very pleasant.

Worst shopping experience. Extremely rude service from one of the associates. They clearly offer service discriminately based on your look/ethnicity. Also charged more 50 percent more than the price on the website for the same item.

This is the store that doesn’t want you to try on a tuxedo shirt but try on the (non-tuxedo) shirt instead. It’s too much trouble unpacking the shirt. Won’t go back there.

I have always loved this store and they have been a goto for all my dress shirts for the past 8 years. I have countless dress shirts from this location. I went in today, and things are really bad. There was no one on the 3rd floor to help and when I questioned someone on the 1st floor, he didn’t offer to help either. Instead, he told me how they have been short staffed since filing for Chapter 11. I feel really bad for the staff there, and they seem super nice, but they are stressed out. Understandably so, because I imagine this store will be closing shop for good sooner than later. The place is a mess, and they are having trouble keeping the shelves tidy. It is truly a depressing place to go anymore. I hope they make it, but unless something huge happens soon, they will be closing shop. Heck, I was looking to buy 10 dress shirts, but didn’t spend 1 penny because I couldn't get anyone to help me. I walked in and walked out. So sad what is happening to retail in this part of the world.

I never get on here. But after buying hundreds of dollars of there products again at my last visit all the items I purchased had the same defect, and after jumping thru all their hurdles they did not stand behind their product and told me it was the store's problem. Then I got a survey which I responded "was not addressed" and heard nothing back from the manufacturer. I would highly recommend staying away from this brand as their quality has dropped significantly and the logo is not worth it. In short, I have spent thousands of dollars on this brand and at this time would recommend NEVER buying from then EVER!!!!

I hate shopping. I went here. Amanda was amazing. She made me feel fabulous and functional and glorious. Super competent. Super fun. She made this entire experience not only tolerable, but a delight. I sincerely hope I do not have to seek professional clothing with regularity. But if I do, i would love every experience to be as pleasant as this one.
