Horrible treatment of the residents. They signed a contract with an organization that makes money from the residents by taking their cars to their parking lot and demanding money. We had our car for less than a day and it was taken away by these people. It is impossible for people to visit, there are no special allocated places for visiting guests.

lived there for three years Maintenance was absolutely great. my issues with the moving out I left Apartment spotless had professional cleaners come in had a little bit of damage on the carpet which I paid $200 to the office for they had not paid me back my deposit over two months and every time I call no one picks up or they said they’ll call me back and no one ever gets back to me. At this point. The only thing I could think of is legal matter. I wish anyone luck who moves here.

Normal doesn't mean Bad. I have been at the Brookmont for about 3 years and had to move to a new state for a new job. The complex offers exactly what it has... a nice place to live at an affordable price. The maintenance staff have always been prompt and pleasant to work with. The area is quiet. Neighbors tend to be nice or leave you alone. Management staff are friendly and I never had any issues getting things I needed resolved.That said, there are some drawbacks. The appliances, while perfectly functional, are somewhat dated. For example, the dryer sometimes needs to run twice to dry everything. This was my first experience with a gas stove, and this may be my personal opinion but it seems worse than their electric counterparts. The bathroom was designed for a person who is 5'5'', so I always needed to bend down to see myself in the mirror or take a shower. There was a mice problem at one point, however management did work towards a solution and I have yet to see another rodent since! As you might imagine, these issues are more irritating than actual problems.Overall, I enjoyed my time at the Brookmont. When looking for a place to live, having somewhere that is quiet, peaceful, and doesn't cause problems is just about all anyone would ask for! The Brookmont delivers on these expectations. I would consider this complex to be a benchmark for a perfectly normal place to live at an affordable price. In my opinion, If the appliances were updated and the bathroom was redesigned for someone who is 6 feet tall, that would be enough for me to give it 5 stars instead of 4.Thanks again for everyone at the Brookmont for providing me with a pleasant stay!

Brookmont Appartment is so disgusting that their own employees are quitting just so that they don”t have to hear the tenants complain.For the price they’re charging you might as well live in a full house in North Philly. It’ll be a lot less.Those who rated this place 5 stars probably haven’t lived here along enough, are probably fake reviews or love sleeping with rats.

Rat and mice infested. The smell of weed is disgusting! Management sucks and the apartments all look like low income inside. Don’t let the picture fool you. Don’t get involved with these apartments. Hidden fees are ridiculous!

We met Annemarie for a tour and information session. We appreciated her taking the time to learn about our current situation, and showing us the apartment. The apartment organization was optimal, and the model was staged so we could visualize ourselves living there. When we left the site, we added this apartment to our top three locations. I got apartment from Brookmont this year July. After they changed their parking policy they just didn’t want to give parking pass for me because my car is not on my name despite I shoved them my insurance policy which is my full name written as well as my car. And today they called me regarding maintenance and let me know some strangers went into my apartment without even letting me know. I didn’t expect them being soo unprofessional and it un confidential against tenants right. For sure I don’t continue with my lease when it is finished. I have to make sure all my belongings at their place after these uninformed maintenance guys entered my apartment (at least I’m paying rent. )
