This IS THE WORST DAYCARE EVERRRRRR I PULLED MY KIDS OUT WITHIN A MONTH FIRST THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL UNDERSTAFFED THEY HAVE A “TEACHER” THERE NAMED DOROTHY JENKINS THAT HITS YELLS PUSH THE KIDS DINT FEED THEM TELL THEM NO THEY CANT USE THE RESTROOMS SMH SHE WAS AT THE ONE ON BROAD & GIRARD AVE WHEN THEY SHUT B&G DOWN SHE TRANFERED OVER IF YALL KNOW I KNOW GET YOUR KIDS OUT OF THERE I REPORTED TO THE STATE ABOUT DOROTHY JENKINS SHE IS CURRENTLY UNDER INVESTIGATION

I pulled my kids out of there after being turned away too many times. I paid a month in advance full price (no ccis) every month and I would be told they’re understaffed and they cannot accept my child at the time of arrival 8-9am. I understood being understaffed but for me to not be notified in advance was the last straw. Teachers we’re nasty and trashy. There are a few good teachers there and Rache was the only reason I continued to keep my children there. She tried to assist as much as possible with my kids being turned away and I thank her for that I almost lost my job messing with brightside. If your child is quiet or shy you don’t want them in head start there I watched countless times as other kids were bullied including my own child. Im not having it so I said something every time and my child will not be bullied guess it’s good he learned early. I will never go back I won’t recommend them to anyone the professionalism is just not fully there with the entire staff.

Even though they are paid they still turned my kids away often worst daycare ever do not use this location.
