The director Regina is VERY disgusting and deserves to be fired EXPEDITIOUSLY , she treats workers with disrespect and like dogs. A person like her does not deserves to be working around anyone kids, she definitely need to be retrained and learn how to treat human beings with respect and kindness.

We absolutely love the care for our special needs son here! They are so kind, patient, and my son really loves it here which is most important! I would definitely recommend Brightside Academy for your child! 10/10

Regina was wonderful made me feel so comfortable knowing my daughter will be in safe hands at 1st I wanted somewhere with a camera after meeting Regina I knew my Babygirl was gonna be in great hands parents this is an amazing place and the Ppl working there are awesome can't wait to see all the learning experiences my daughter will have Ty Regina and Ty Brightside for every thing you do

Brightside academy teachers really need to be recognized. For all of there hard work pre k teachers and toddlers teachers and babies teachers as well so with this keep up the great job. Definitely not an easy job kudos ? to all the daycare teachers..

Hands down best brightside academy in North Philadelphia . Teacher that work there are very professional and courteous and amazing with the children and babies as well. One in particular MS Yancy Rodriguez keep up the great guys.

My daughter's teacher is probably one of the best that they have. She really cares about her kids. I gave a three because of the fact that most of the time the staff are late and i have to stay back or my child gets turned away sometimes because they're understaffed. But I will say they have been improving a lot more professional now but there's still the staffing issue.

Its not ran well by the man that's in charge they always miss place my child things like shoes bottle coat ect. You have to look around for your child. Also never enough care takes for the amount of kids who attend

THIS IS THE WORST CHILD CARE IN AMERICA. THE WORST 3 DAYS OF ME AND MY SON LIFE. I'M GOING TO KEEP IT BRIEF BECAUSE IT SO MUCH WITH BRIGHTSIDE ACADEMY THEY ALL NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.FIRST THE SAFETY OF THE CHILD IS VERY SLIM.THEY ARE VERY UNORGANIZED WITH THE KIDS, THERE BELONGINGS, AND DAILY ACTIVITIES.I AM A PARENT THAT CARES ABOUT EVERYTHING, AND MOST OF THE PARENTS, STAFF MEMBERS, AND ALSO CHILDREN DON'T.NOT CLEAN. I DON'T EVEN THINK THEY FEED MY CHILD.EVERYDAY HE COME HOME SO HUNGRY I WANTED TO CRY. AND MUCH MORE ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS NO,NO,NO,NO,NO!!!!! SAVE YOUR CHILD BEFORE SOMETHING EXTRA TERRIBLE HAPPENS LIKE ABDUCTED CHILD, SEXUAL ABUSE OR EVEN DEATH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
