Honestly, I don't see this business as very serious. My mother went to request some tennis shoes for diabetes and the health insurance covers them, but when she went to pick them up, they asked for $100 since the insurance doesn't cover everything, but my mother called the insurance and they notified her. , that the insurance paid for the tennis shoes, as I see this it seems like a scam that they charge the insurance but they also want to charge the client

This is the worst medical supply place. Staff always forget items. Drivers randomly pop up at your home with unscheduled deliveries. I’ve told them countless times to deliver in the evening. Each time its like the first time. I’ve even asked them to out a note in the chart about delivery times. I guess that’s asking too much. Receptionist argues with patients about not receiving correct items. They lie & say that they never received a fax without even checking. Lazy employees who hate to do their jobs clearly.

I unfortunately had to get a walker. The first one I received was too large. I returned it and needed to get a new script. The staff contacted my doctor and got the new paperwork within a day. It's always nice when people smile and help with the requirements. Highly recommended.

Was referred to Bright Medical by my daughter’s insurance for obtaining her incontinence supplies. Explained to Bright Medical of the insurance we have twice; once on phone and then by email. Was told it wouldn’t be a problem. After over a month with no further communication so I emailed asking for an update and then received a call saying they don’t participate with her insurance. Terrible communication and now we need to start entire process again with another company meanwhile my daughter DOES NOT HAVE WHAT SHE NEEDS! Unacceptable!!

This company use to help woth my d7aghter medical supplies. She has autism and I use to get pull ups and they stop trying to get them anymore. Lady is no help. Company doesn't care. I can never get help or answers.
