He will give his honest opinion whether it’s still worth fixing or not and will tell the customers directly if he can’t do it or not. He could also refer you to the other shops if needed in case his shop can’t handle the job.

This shop always has honest pricing and they work quickly, carefully and efficiently. No appointments. Just get here early and they usually get you on your way in a few hours. If you have a job that they don't fix there, they'll tell you. But you still will be told what the problem is and what shop you can go to to fix it. The mechanic is fairly aloof at times but always friendly. If you feel like you're not getting all the info you need, just ask again. This is a very trustworthy shop.
