Staff is super rude and I think they either didn't like my mid-sized body or the color of my skin cause I was treated WAY differently than other customers. Staff followed me through the entire store and "fixed" everything I touched immediately after even tho on occasion I didn't touch it just looked at it. Didn't greet me but greeted every other white girlie who walked in. Maybe it's just me - go experience for yourself I hope you have a better experience than me!

The clothes are cute and my daughter loves them. Unfortunately the customer service is awful. I was so shocked and thought maybe they were having a bad day, but now looking at all the other reviews others had the same experience.. .They didn’t know the return policy and were very dismissive and even rolled their eyes at me. This store needs some leadership because the sales associates lack professionalism

One of the worse Brandy’s I’ve been to. I have been to almost all of their US locations, from Hawaii to NYC and this was by far the worse staff. I understand if you don’t greet or aren’t friendly but one of the workers when I was browsing kept following me and even went ahead of me and was like “excuse me” then pushed me out of the way to pretend to hang something to get me to leave the store. I ended up purchasing quite a bit as I love their basics but their staff is worse than no staff as they’re intentionally rude and make the experience unbearable.

staff was incredibly rude and dismissive the person who checked me out acted so arrogant talking with her coworkers rather than helping me check out heartbroken that i need to deal with the unwelcoming staff just for the clothes better to get stuff online

I read all the reviews before I went, including the bad ones. Either they changed the staff or the reviews were outdated because the WHOLE staff team was so kind. Including the security guard. They were all so helpful and considerate. The whole environment was nice, definitely my favorite brandy that I’ve been to so far and I’ve been to plenty. Don’t be thrown off by the reviews, I had a totally different experience.

Extremely rude staff! I took my daughter shopping along with the rest of my family including my five year old son. While in the store my son needed to use the restroom and we politely asked if he could, the young girl that works there replied no in such a rude manor. Seriously! I get the no restroom policy but you can make an exception for a child that needs to go. Mind you I come here often with my daughter and spend a lot of money! I will not be going back. Horrible place and horrible employees.

We drove more than 2 hours to get there, based on the store hours starting at 10 a.m., but the store does not open until noon on Saturdays. In Philadelphia. The staff unlocked doors AFTER noon. The staff offered no assistance, made us wait to use fitting rooms, even though half were empty. The fitting room attendant was constantly texting and not assisting any customers. I am not impressed with anything about the store. Everything is beige and of poor quality for the prices being charged. I will not be returning.

In the store for 15 minutes or so and not one person approached me to offer help. Couldn’t find anyone to help either. Cashier uninterested at check out.Clothes are ok if you are very tiny. One size fits all is kind of a joke. They want their stuff worn by skinny people only.I only go because my daughter likes a few of their basics every so often.Kind of pricey but the resale market on this isn’t bad so you can sell when tired of it.

My friend already posted a review about this but I just wanted to emphasize how poorly my friend was treated. It’s worth noting that I am East Asian and my friend is South Asian. When we were leaving, her bag started beeping and 2 of the girls working there came and checked our bags. The one checking my bag was also the cashier who helped me and she was nice about it. However, the one checking my friend’s bag had a super bad attitude. They found that one of the items in her bag (that had been provided by the cashier, not her personal bag) hadn’t been checked out. Instead of assuming the cashier had just missed a piece (which was what happened because I was there when my friend found and put that pair of shorts in her pile to check out), she heavily insinuated that my friend was stealing and just had a bad attitude about it. I’m not easily offended and usually give the benefit of the doubt, but even I was immediately taken aback by the way she was speaking to my friend. She also messily took everything out of my friends bag and didn’t put it back neatly which I thought was disrespectful. This situation coupled with my friend saying the cashier checking out her things was acting very uncomfortable and suspicious made us think it was very targeted toward her. Both of the workers she (the only darker skin POC in the store other than the security guard) interacted with had a bad attitude. That can’t be a coincidence.From their reputation, we knew there would only be 1 size, but we wanted to give it a chance bc we heard their clothes are a more reasonable size now. We thought going in we might be at most body shamed but the racial profiling was unexpected. We didn’t think the experience would be this bad. Listen to the bad reviews.

I (South Asian) visited this store today with a friend (East Asian) and the girl who I checked out with was acting super cold towards me and didn’t even make eye contact with me. She also kept looking at something behind me and scanning the store multiple times throughout the entire transaction, which started making me more uncomfortable the more times she did it. As we were leaving, the security alarm went off and instead of the security checking our things, two of the girls working there walked over and checked everything in our bags. The girl checking my friends clothes was a lot kinder than the one checking mine. They saw that something in my bag hadn’t been paid for and immediately starting questioning me saying things like “are you sure you bought this??” in a demeaning tone that text can’t even capture, to which I responded “I would hope so, considering it’s in this bag [the worker] packed”. Instead of assuming it was a mistake in checking out, they immediately insinuated I might be trying to steal it. They then asked me if I wanted to go back and buy it or leave the store and I couldn’t be bothered so we left. I paid for five other things from there, some far more expensive than the pair of panties they questioned me of stealing, so it felt heavily premeditated and racially motivated.

Extremely Bad Costumer service! Yesterday April 15th we were going into the store. It was 10minutes before they were closing (8:00 pm) and the door was already locked. The security guard had to go ask an employee to let us in and reminded us that they would be closing in 10 minutes and that the fitting rooms were already closed. We continued to go throughout the store and several employees would constantly come up to us to remind us that they closed soon and they were very rude about it. Not wanting to help us.

This store is terrible. Every item in their store is “one size”. Literally everything. I am a size small/4 and tried on a tank top that was too small…. So I’m not exactly sure who they are catering to or what kind of message they are trying to send. Also, their return policy is awful. Two weeks for store credit only. You’d think with a terrible return policy they would let you try everything on but no, they would not allow me to try on a pair of boxers OVER my leggings. The only reason I’m leaving two stars instead of one is because I did find a few cute items I purchased but I will not be going back or recommending to anyone.

I love this store and the people who worked here were so nice and helpful. They have really nice basics and I have stuff here that has lasted me- I kid you not- 6 years. This is one of the only clothing stores I shop from first hand! I always like their accessories
