Omg me and my husband got prepaid internet n they said we had residential but we didnt and we couldnt use the box and they knew it cuz comcast said they dont have the computers to tell us that.we went back to return and a big fat tall lookin alike a tran with blonde hair n glasses white girl(no offense) came out yelling at my husband saying we were lying and were crackheads.why would crackshead buy internet?!?Customer Services sucks dont fo there n def.dont get prepaid internet.comcast should not let them sell their stuff
