This place is no good for business.Hispanic Sales female who calls herself manager was high, when I entered the store.she was busy in her phone and paid no mind to my questions. I felt unwelcome. Most unprofessional behavior i ever experienced in any boost mobile store.

Useless store in the Whole nation they dont wear masks really bad customer service and the Hispanic lady overcharges customers and fights with the customers. they dont have basic etiquette's and no manners. abuses customers and fights too.i would never ever recommend this store to any customers

I went to boost mobile germantown and lehigh to upgrade my phone i was aware that i was eligible for upgrade. there was a phone which was $50. But that lady I don’t remember her name she was hispanic tried to charge me 135$ for the same phone. I left from there bcs it looked suspicious which i did find out at other store that she was trying to get over me.I will not recommend to go to this boost mobile.
