Will never do business with this store (6507 Castor Avenue, Philadelphia, PA) or their company (Boost Mobile) ever again. They rip off their customers. Mom bought a phone and the volume did not work properly after a couple of weeks. She came in the store to purchase another phone in which they stated a price of $125. After waiting for over an hour they told her that a new phone will cost her over $300. She then proceeded to transfer the phones over to another company. One phone could not be transferred. Her original bill was $114 a month for 4 lines. They now wanted to charge her $62 a month for 1 line. The new owner is very rude and ignorant, totally not customer service oriented. Staff is incompetent. I would not recommend doing business with this store or with their company. Boost customer service wasted over a week of our time stating that a phone will be unlocked instead of gathering all the facts on the account. They had no intention of unlocking the phone. I went and bought a new iPhone to ensure that I did not give boost another dime. We went to total by Verizon. Better coverage and excellent customer service skills.

One of the Useless Boost stores i have ever came across, no good offers . Person behind the counter tries to rip you off, i would never ever recommend this place to the customers. overcharges the customer . very bad customer service. Wont even give him a star but i had to unfortunately.

I came in on Saturday morning to purchase a new phone on sale (Samsung A20) for my wife. The salesman was very quick, efficient and professional.

wow i just got out of this store they were trying to charge me full price for the phone and wanted to charge me to keep my number then i go over to the new boost mobile store and they help me out.
