Had boost for years no problem had a problem with boost app went to boost store had to pay for a ride boost on Girard Ave the fellow said to me nd 2 others customers that he had a event to go to he could not help us I told him I just paid for a ride nd he's just closing the store.it took me a couple days to figure out the problem
That is wrong he just sending customers away cause he has a event to go that's the closest boost nd it is horrible there need to hire someone to do their job not a happy customer that day

Came into this boost mobile store and was greeted and welcomed by holy and Raquel these ladies where amazing the customer service they provided was a 10 can’t complain will be telling my family and friends about this location thank you ladies for the great service

Ok so broke my phone had no insurance and some money but not much. I went to the store on Broad and Snyder and I was upset and ready to cry So the young man at the counter was so nice and kind to me which was very appreciated. He went out of his way to help me find a phone that I could afford and helped me to save some money so I could get the phone.. Excellent service I wish I could remember his name so he can get the acknowledgement he deserves. I do recommend this everybody

What not this store, but all of boost mobile be very careful they are sick greedy controlling nutballs 1st I paid 2 months in advance, that's foolish because u can't get that money back or use it towards a phone it's a waste ,I chose to leave their horrible service, I had my same number for 25 years I owe them nothing yet they tried to deny me from keeping my same number with another company I went with my account number and transfer pin yet they are trying to steal my own number , that's like stealing someone's i.d.sick peopke

The employer is rude, they don't help you at all and they are thieves because when you want to leave the phone plan or return a new phone, they don't give you a refund and they don't read you the deadlines and your terms.
