“So I had a bad experience with another shop who didn’t do my car properly and when I spoke with Alan he was so sweet. It was hard to trust after my experience but I decided to trust the process especially because Alan assured me he would do everything he can to make sure I have a safe drivable car. We moved about 45 min away, so haven’t been back since, but after calling half a dozen auto places for my current needs (new tires), and getting runaround and attitude, I called AOK again and Tim was SO nice and upfront and quick about everything. I’m going to have to keep coming back into the city for my auto needs - they are that 1% honest mechanic you’re looking for!!”

The next morning ray got my car and immediately assured me that he would take care of it and make it look brand new and he stuck to his word! “I would recommend Crash Collision. I have an older (2016) vehicle that needs body work after hitting a bid cement boulder fitting that was left at the end of our driveway without any cautionary measures and we as residents did not receive notice, tore my right side of my car to look as through it was somewhat grinded from the front bumper to the right before my back bumper.I'm sure it took some time to get the parts but, I was never notified of a change in pick up dates. I would call before I was to pick my car up and the date was extended for a week which turned onto several weeks. But! Once I received my car I was elated, over joyed. It was like new looking on the outside and the color match is still mind blowing. Due to the Great Personality of the friendly, personable receptionist and the fun batter with the staff I complained with a slight laugh and a big smile with each call.I need some business card to hand to the people that saw the damage and now the finish. I caution them to make all requests know as far as contacting the customer. I pray I don't need CC's service again but. I would most definitely return to use them again and again. Tell Curtis I miss my phone calls and talks about my car. Thank you so much❣️”

“Two words come to mind when I think of the folks at Ludlow Auto - kind and efficient. A few months ago, I came in to get a broken mirror looked at. I wasn’t able to return to get it fixed right away, but when I called to reschedule months later, the staff remembered me and was able to get me in the next day. Each time I’ve been in the shop everyone has been personable and knowledgeable, helping me to understand the issues and carefully walking me step by step through the work they’re doing. They fixed my mirror in about 20 minutes and I’m extremely happy with the work they did. I HIGHLY recommend Ludlow Auto for all of your auto needs. They are the best!”
