It was hard to trust after my experience but I decided to trust the process especially because Alan assured me he would do everything he can to make sure I have a safe drivable car. “Well worth the trip! After seeing reviews I drove 3 hours from Upstate NY to drop off my Vanagon with Kevin and Brian (the train station within a block of shop makes this ideal). At drop off Kevin didn’t just take the keys and shoo me out. He took the time to discuss everything I wanted done. Brian sent pics, texts, and called daily to update me on how progress was going. At pick up Brian thoroughly went through everything. They know VWs. These guys care, something you don’t always get these days. The next morning ray got my car and immediately assured me that he would take care of it and make it look brand new and he stuck to his word! “I would recommend Crash Collision. I have an older (2016) vehicle that needs body work after hitting a bid cement boulder fitting that was left at the end of our driveway without any cautionary measures and we as residents did not receive notice, tore my right side of my car to look as through it was somewhat grinded from the front bumper to the right before my back bumper.I'm sure it took some time to get the parts but, I was never notified of a change in pick up dates. I would call before I was to pick my car up and the date was extended for a week which turned onto several weeks. But! Once I received my car I was elated, over joyed. It was like new looking on the outside and the color match is still mind blowing. Due to the Great Personality of the friendly, personable receptionist and the fun batter with the staff I complained with a slight laugh and a big smile with each call.I need some business card to hand to the people that saw the damage and now the finish. I caution them to make all requests know as far as contacting the customer. I pray I don't need CC's service again but. I would most definitely return to use them again and again. Tell Curtis I miss my phone calls and talks about my car. Thank you so much❣️”
