I wish I could give this business 0 stars.The process of canceling my membership has been extremely difficult and very frustrating and expensive. I was charged $60 for a by out fee and my account was charged even though my membership was so called canceled. Currently it is saying that my account is still active and that my next billing date is next month. Every time I try and cancel my membership again it won’t even let me sign into my membership. Login. They make it very hard to get in contact with customer service. I paid for the more expensive membership so that I wouldn’t have to pay such an insane buyout fee and have the commitment that I know wouldn’t work for me. Beyond upsetting!!!

From one of the cleaners gym to one of the dirtier, all the machine are dirty, dust everywhere, broken machines, needs a upgrade, and charging us for maintenance, planet fitness employees always cleaning everything like 4 time at day.....I used to love this place but I'm thinking to switch again...

AC Has been broken on and off all July and now into August. There's no communication with members, so I just show up and it's gross and smells like teenage boy. It's lame, and I shouldn't be paying full price for my membership like this.

First timer guest here, and I'll be honest as always: 1) This Blink was warm, too warm, for continued comfort while exercising on the evening of my visit. 2) It was pretty impossible to drink water out of the water fountain - no pressure. More importantly, the fountain was far from clean. 3) The bathroom needed to be restocked.

I went there to visit my uncle who works there and even though I didn't workout or nothing the atmosphere there was better than planet fitness

The price to go to this gym is awful. Cannot sign up for the summer while home for the summer without paying the monthly fee, annual fee, and cancelation fee for not staying the whole year. Wouldn’t recommend for college students or anyone. I would say it’s worth it if they had the best equipment but there is nothing making this small gym special enough to waste your money here

Charged me twice upon cancelation of my membership and the manager at this location was extremely unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issue. Even after showing him the bank statement showing both charges.

I have to rewrite my review. Although the gym is great I do have one complaint, now there are three critical cable machines that are down and two have been down for months now the third I just seen today. The maintenance guy came in about two weeks ago and just left because I know he didn't have the right part to fix it, witch is really unacceptable. Just get your machines fixed and everything will be good again. Thank you

This is actually a great little gym I've been going for two years now but there is one concern now there are three critical cable machines that are down for months now. The maintenance guy came a few weeks ago and didn't have the right part to fix any of the cable machines. Totally unacceptable then just the other day I see him in there replacing the screens on treadmills, there's plenty of treadmills. The most annoying thing is that when it's busy you have to wait for one of the cable machines that aren't broken. I just hope they get this review and get the maintenance guy back to fix all the broken machines. Thank you.

I signed up a couple months ago in September and was told I’d pay my annual fees in October by the manager on site. I was instead charged for it in November when my bills were due. I contacted support in hopes I could get refunded and pay it a bit later. They were completely unwilling to help in any way, shape , or form. I came in because a friend recommended this company saying it wasn’t as bad as planet fitness. I found out they are worse. Nothing but a more money hungry version. I would recommend ANYWHERE else but this place. The saddest part is they lost more money by not refunding what they took. I only needed a two week reprieve. I’m not sure if upper management is aware of my situation but I’d hope they weren’t because this is just sad..

Money wise this gym is a rip off. They falsely advertised a $10 a month membership (which is not $10) along with hidden obligations. You are charged hundreds of dollars to get out of the membership and still charged even if you do not use their services. The 1 star was kindness. I would not recommend nor will I ever use their services.
