This was my first time at this BJs and i was prepared for the worst based on the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. I found everything I went for, went to customer service to sign up for a membership and the lady at the counter as extremely helpful and pleasant.

Moved to the area recently and I am disappointed with this Bjs. Customer service is terrible and the store isn't always well stocked. The parking lot is disgusting which doesn't make sense since they're the only store in that particular area of the shopping mall.

I purchased a $20 membership for Groupon and was supposed to receive 12.78 in breakfast items BJ's seems to be clueless about it I need answers
