I had a fantastic experience at the dispensary! The staff, especially the guy who assisted me, was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the right weed. Their friendly approach made the entire process enjoyable, and I'm genuinely grateful for their assistance.

Beyond hello is the worst dispensary in Pennsylvania and specifically in the Philadelphia area. They never have sales everyday like most other dispensaries in the Philadelphia area and when they do have a sale it's on their in-house products like The Bank, The Lab and SeCHe which has the worst cannabis products in Pennsylvania! Without having sales their prices are like the prices back in 2020 when I joined the medical marijuana program! With all the other dispensaries close by in the Philadelphia area I don't know how Beyond/Hello is going to last unless they start doing sales on stuff besides their own in-house products. I pass by Beyond/Hello on my way to Sunnyside, Ethos and Curaleaf!

Prices are way cheaper for the same product at Trulieve. I've cut my spending almost in half by switching.

i have been a customer for about a year, and my experiences are always pleasant. The staff are personable and knowledgeable. i have only been to one other location, but Sansom is my preferred dispensary.

Always the slowest service out of any dispensary in Philadelphia. All other beyond Hello locations are great but for some reason this one just moves slower than the rest

Check your bags before you leave this location; they have shorted me on products, switched them, etc.I have been to four other businesses in the city; and had no complaints.Please go the extra block or two to ensure you aren’t giving this place your money, they will scam you if they have the opportunity.

Another Dispo that doesn't care about wasting your time or money. Cant even bother to label the medicines correctly. I'm just happy this time i reached out the manufacturer instead of wasting my gas and time!

I went in for the military special and they refused the special to me because the military Id is 30 year old when I ETS into the reserves . they said it needEd to say it on the drivers license in Nevada which I do not have a Nevada license . I thought pretty unprofessional if they are not educated on military ID 's and acted like it's no big deal that they lost the sale.
