I ordered a dress online and unfortunately, the zipper was misaligned and I couldn’t get into my dress. I stopped by Best Seasons Tailoring for help and they were able to fix it within 10 minutes! I appreciate their help because I wanted to wear the dress for an event I was attending later that evening. The lovely couple even offered to replace the entire zipper if it broke.

Terrible experience. Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. I came here for my dress alteration despite seeing a few reviews calling them rude but I had never dealt with such rude people.
I have a fear of cats and they have 3 cats so, my sister and I simply requested her to accompany me to the changing room so I could feel somewhat comfortable around the cats but she kept shutting us out and telling us to go to a different place without any willingness to provide any service and kept walking away even though we gave some solution to ask her to help. She made us leave and we ended up going to a different place and had a much better experience there.

Awful experience. Incorporative service by the owner. No courtesy at all even though I kept trying to be nice and have a conversation with her but she was very disrespectful and unwelcoming.

This is such an amazing store with AMAZING service!!!! I came here about a month ago to get my two dresses cut/seamed. I have nothing but amazing praise for this store. It’s run by a small business couple and they are so extremely genuine and kind. They made me feel so comfortable and listened to when asking about alterations. I can’t wait to come back here and bring more stuff to be altered!!!! 10/10

Horrible experience!
I took my daughter in to have her prom gown hemmed/shortened (2 layers of fabric, nothing fancy at the bottom). The older woman behind the counter was talking very pleasantly in English with another young woman customer. She bluntly asked me what we needed and told me that they’re really busy but gestured us to the back room to put on the dress anyway. Then she handed me a chalk and told me to mark where we wanted the gown shortened. I asked her, “Are you going to help us since I’m not a tailor?” She rudely told me I need to do it myself because they’re not responsible for how short the gown will turn out. She also started speaking to me in Cantonese like she can’t speak English. I told her I can’t speak Cantonese so she just walked away. I marked up the dress as best as I could, and she told me it’ll be $85. I softly said, “Wow”. She rudely told me, “You’re lucky I’m not charging you a rush charge” for picking it up in 2 weeks. While my daughter was getting out of her dress, 3 caucasian girls came in with prom dresses. She spoke perfect English with them and was obsequiously friendly. She told one of the girls, “Don’t tell me you need this dress next week.” The girl said, “Actually, I need it this Friday.” She assured the girl in a friendly voice, “We’ll try our best.” This really upset my daughter and me so we left quietly. We found a professional dressmaker who helped us marked up the dress to the way my daughter preferred. We’ll pick it up in half the time and will pay almost half the price. This is what professional tailoring service looks like - NOT the aggravation at Best Seasons Tailoring.

I started going late 2023 - at first was nervous that they only spoke Chinese; but, their English is great & they speak great Cantonese. They give suggestions based off what you ask for. They also provide a reasonable estimate of completion and will tell you how much the alterations will cost. Once they're done with the alterations they will text you! So far, I've gotten the sleeves on a wool jacket shortened, a few button up shirts, and pants! All in all a great experience.

Incredible work. I have had several pieces (Shirts/Pants) altered by Best Seasons and have always perfect results. Everything always comes back quickly and the prices are very affordable. Highly recommend.

I love coming here. In the past I have had pants and a dress altered here and was very happy with the work. I recently got my vintage wedding dress modified here. The dress already fit me pretty well, just small tweaks. They did a great job and finished the work way before the promised two weeks. Overall, they are very transparent with you as to what is possible/not possible with your garment, recommend ways to save money, and are very kind. I also love their cats. All around great experience.

I recently started coming to Best Seasons Tailoring and I have to say that they are perfect. So far, everything that I've brought to them they have had no problem helping me out and do it with great service, are quick, and provide great insight/information. I've brought a few dress shirts, jeans, and a wool topcoat/overcoat and they were able to make excellent modifications to fit my body. They speak both Cantonese and English. I highly recommend them!

Went to these guys to give my pants a slimmer look. The tailor was very clear to explain why this process would cost more and he assured me that if I am not satisfied I should let him know. I paid before I left, and within a week he called me to pick it up. Picked up my pants and it was perfect. I will recommend this place a million times!!Service: Pants alterations
