Best Buy is an electronics store described as excellent, with a great and helpful online pickup service that is easy and simple. Most staff are interested and helpful, with some employees providing extremely helpful, respectful, and detailed assistance. However, service can be inconsistent, with occasional long waits due to lack of staff. Some employees are noted as unhelpful, clueless, or dismissive. The product selection in-store for specific items like RAM can sometimes be very limited.

Very helpful with electronic purchases and services very knowledgeable and fairly priced. They also have larger appliances too.
