Ordered geek squad protection for my laptop, but some of the original features listed wasn't up to par. However, I went inside and the service was very welcoming and fast and convenient, they really took it to another level. Got my laptop fixed in no time.

After waiting in line for 25 min -when I had an appointment for 2:20 - a “geek squad” employee told me he didn’t know how to replace an iPhone battery!After consulting with another employee they told me they had the battery BUT not the glue they need to adhere the backing to the phone! I would have to make another appointment ! Yeah rightI have never seen such incompetenceStay away from this store

You will receive customer service assistance based on the time you go there. I went there to buy samsung s23 ultra an hour before closing. The dude sold me the wrong model(galaxy s23)phone. The next day, I had to go back and return it. The person who sold me the phone was super excited and he was a nice person who just didn't pay attention, I guess.

Got my phone stolen and bricked it when they tried to random my phone. Upgraded to the OnePlus 11 and I love this phone the camera is amazing. Ordering it thru best buy was easy and was ready within about an hour. I went the next morning and they had at least 3 people up front for pick up orders so the line wasn't anlong wait. Waiting for my Uber to get me actually took longer. Seemed clean and people were very nice.

I went to Best Buy on Black Friday to buy a new cell phone, refrigerator, and over the stove microwave. The guy helping me was completely unhelpful. I don't know much about these items and the staff at Best Buy has always been absolutely amazing and helpful in the past, enabling me to make an informed decision before I made my purchase. This guy couldn't answer any of my questions. It was ridiculous!Because he couldn't help me I only bought the microwave. They were supposed to deliver and install it today. They didn't show up, and didn't call!!! When I called I was told that the delivery guy went to pick up the microwave but they didn't have any in stock. But, no one bothered to call to tell us! So, my husband called out from work today for nothing! I asked for a refund because I'm sick of dealing with stores that don't seem to care about their customers. I'm still waiting to receivethe email with my refund. I've been a loyal customer for years but I don't think I'll go back.
