I went in last weekend to buy a new television, and Alex at Best Buy was amazing. He answered everything I asked about and knew every single model of television on the market, from how much resolution, contrast, brightness, and sound quality each has.

The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful when discussing a return for a defective item. The corporate office told me the store manager would resolve the return but she was dismissive and condescending. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll ever be shopping at Best Buy again after wasting a whole hour of this only to leave frustrated and wasted money on an item that does not work.

As I stand here in line waiting to make my purchase with one cashier and 7 people ahead of me in line, I get a lesson in patience that I didn't want. Also watching 4 employees not doing anything except gawking at the long line. Never again best buy. I was willing to pay for an overpriced USBC to Ethernet adapter for an astounding $86 but you guys can't even man the registers to gouge me.

I purchased a TV, mount, and installation by The Geek Squad on Friday, May 30, 2024. The delivery and installation was scheduled for Monday, June 3, 2024. I received a call that the delivery window would be between 1 and 4 pm. Okay, great! At 4:13 pm the delivery truck driver called to say his truck broke down, but he'd still be able to make the delivery. At nearly 6 pm, Best Buy called to say the driver would NOT be able to deliver and that they would have to reschedule for Friday, June 7, 2024. Okay, great! I received a call today (6/6/2024) from the same delivery driver who called Monday, confirming delivery for tomorrow. A half hour later, I get a call from Best Buy to say the TV is NOT in stock so the delivery won't happen until Monday, June 10th. I called customer service and they said they can clearly see that the TV IS in stock. I asked to speak with a manager and I was told they could not escalate the call because of the form they need to fill out to request a manager call back -- something about the form gives an automated response that the reasoning for escalation doesn't meet the criteria.
I am extremely annoyed and disappointed. I think I'll be making a trip to the store over the weekend to get my money back and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Best Buy is already struggling. You'd think they'd want to get and keep all business. Don't go here..like other reviewers, there were employees standing around doing nothing while customers needed help. I have had a truly piss poor experience. I don't even usually write a review unless it's good, but this mess here needs to be broadcasted.

This Best Buy is worth the trip I bought some Sony headphones Bluetooth and they are great everything you need tech wise is here and it’s a large store some employees are helpful some are the other word small nit pick for the experience that got apple products beats all the popular tech brands of computers they are high buy hey the more you pay the better the better satisfaction you will have with the product it’s not always smart to but cheap of used products and get ripped off worth it
