Yeah they explain everything fine but I didn’t have my car for longer than 4 months and my check engine light came on not even a week. My car seen the shop more than it should had in the 3 going on 4 months that I had it . Got overcharged for mechanic work for something that should’ve been $200 something to fix turned into almost $400. Would not recommend to anybody. Mechanics suck , staff sucks everybody sucks.

Dealt with someone who said their name is “Jay” I went to try to trade in my vehicle. I came in, asked about trade ins and told him the condition of my car BEFORE I bought it over. Told him it drives but something’s wrong with my engine. Told him the noise it makes and how it drives. This man had me there from 11 something in the morning to 4 something in the afternoon. The entire time I’m there he’s high as a kite dippin like a Kensington as he’s talking and going over the paper work. He smokes on a vape CONSTANTLY. He’s definitely high off drugs other than marijuana. He got up one time in particular and could barely keep his balance.First he said I got approved for a 2013 ford escape. I go out look at it turn the car on the tire pressure light is on and the engine sounded a little off. Not sure exactly how to describe it but it just wasn’t a smooth sounding engine. Smoke holes in the seat the car was filthy it had tan colored seats so the filth was very noticeable. Then he turns around shortly after that and says now they approved me for a 2019 ford explorer. This car was filthy also needs a paint job at the door handles a whole chunk of the color is missing just a big black spot at the door handles and the car smells like feet. Then I looked at this other car on my own, a Hyundai Azera, while in there with the engine running for maybe 5 mins the engine started making the car shake so much that I got scared turned it off and got out. I told him and he mumbled something about the cold causing that even though it was a warm day outside yesterday. Mind you, he has me check these cars out myself. He doesn’t accompany me at all in case I had any questions to ask or to tell me about the car the car fax nothing smh.So back to me bringing my car there. I bought it and he went to look at it. Maybe like an hour later he started to get a little iffy about doing the trade saying his mechanic was coming to look at it. I wait like 30 mins more then he comes out closes my hood and tells me to pull out the parking lot and park in front of this other car and proceeds to say that the mechanic is on his way. Wait like another 30 mins I go back in and ask the other guy if he had a charger I could use because my phone was about to die, but Jay proceeds to tell me that the bank don’t want to take my car as a trade in because of my engine. The mechanic never came. When I mentioned to him that he said his mechanic was coming he then said he took a snap shot and sent it to him and told him the noise it was making. I told him he had me here all day for nothing. He said “he tried”.Im glad it didn’t work out though because im sure I would have had major buyers regret. I’m sure I would have had major problems with a car from this place soon as I would’ve driven off the lot. These cars are a piece of junk honestly. He doesn’t take good care of them or seems to care that much about his business running it high as a kite and talking in circles just like your typical grimy used cars salesman smh. Even when he ran my credit report he’s asking me about things on my credit report that’s not even there smh and for some reason couldn’t see my open car loan. Lawd have mercy God was looking out for me in my desperation. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

My daughter purchased her first car from here. She went with her step dad she came home smiling with her car she said the guy explained everything to her so well she understood it. So I had to go and see about it the next day and she didn’t lie they were very nice professional and still explaining different things. We will come back and will recommend to any one.
