We wouldn’t want to give them a one star but, we ordered a heart shaped flower and it came as a circle. Also when we saw the writing on it they messed up the writing and instead of giving us the one we payed for which was more expensive, they gave us a more cheaper one than what we payed for. So I would like to say that this company is dishonest and I would like to state one more thing which is that they said that they would change the order with the flowers and the writing, but they just changed the writing and sent back the same cheap flowers. So to conclude that I would not recommend this company to anyone for any reason.

Not from the area but my wife tried to order flowers for a family member that had just given birth that lives in Philadelphia. Order was paid for and was set to be delivered when we got a call that they don't deliver to that hospital. We asked them to deliver them to their house instead and they said they would. Get a call a day later that the house wasn't in their delivery area so they wouldn't be delivering them. When we asked for a refund, they decided to charge 20% fee because they had already cut the flowers so now we are out $25 because they messed up. It's one thing if the address is outside your delivery area and you have it listed or actually tell people, but your website says "free, same day flower delivery in Philadelphia, PA and surrounding suburbs. Horrible customer service and a waste of time.

Second time i've been here. The first time was for prom seven years ago! Now that I live in Chinatown, it's a great and convenient way to buy flowers for different occasions. The owner was very great about my last min need for a bouquet for my grandmother. I came in late (after work) and expected maybe a leftover bouquet or whatever. She handcrafted a very gorgeous one from the colors I wanted. Very excited to show my grandmother!

My mom had flowers delivered to me at work three days ago, and the arrangement WOULD have been beautiful but the roses were all wilted almost from day one and the lilies never bloomed. See pictures. I would certainly never use this florist for anyone in the future. Total bummer.

I ordered flowers for my mother for valentines. By noon i was concerned. I had not gotten any kind of notice. When i called the phone no #listed what i got was a womans message stating the number i just called yet..IT WAS THE WRONG NUMBER. this place is not far from where my mother lives. Not only am i out money and with no one to actually speak too..AT ALL. HOW CAN I HAVE THEM HELP ME IF I CANT SPEAK TO SOME ONE. ????

We ordered flowers from here for my mother in laws funeral on Friday August 19th and they did an absolute amazing job! The settings were beautiful:) I highly recommend arrangement made by Bee Flowers this is my new flower shop for ALL occasions! Thank You for a fantastic job on the arrangements

Kelly is my to go florist for all my floral needs. She did all my floral arrangements for my wedding. I had a hard time debating the colors or type of flowers for my wedding. I described to her my bridesmaids dress colors and colors I like. I had her surprise me with what she can put together n take care of it for my wedding. The day I got the flowers it was absolutely breathtaking. She does a phenomenal job! She recently did all the floral wreath and arrangements for my grandfather funeral. Highly recommend this florist!

Kelly is awesome!!! I have been getting flowers from her shop for the last 2 years and her work is outstanding. The flowers are always fresh and she always accommodates me even if I call at the last minute. Every time I need flowers I get it from her and every recipient loves her arrangements. I recommend her for any events. She made flowers for my daughter's one month ceremony and they were gorgeous. I sent her a picture I saw on Pinterest and she was able to replicate it.

tried for one month to get getting flowers for a wedding. hard to contact even with drop in at the store. w KELLY IS UNRESPONSIVE TO CUSTOMERS. NOT INTERESTED IN DOING BUSINESS. TREATMENT TO CUSTOMERS IS DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I agree with fellow reviewer, this florist is only for those who live in Chinatown...even then i would not bother.
