The agent Michelle was nice but Barry is the worst. Michelle made an error. I asked them to fix it and Barry's only way to fix the issue is to write a new policy and charge it again. I would end up paying out of pocket for an error of a policy written on a person who is deceased.

Anytime I've had an accident, or my children, AllState has gone above & beyond to help us. I had one claim on the house policy. They came out, looked at the damage & issues us a check. At no time did they raise our rates. I think I've been with them approximately 25 years.

If i could rate them zero stars I would . Let me start off by saying Brandon is no longer working at this office .i canceled my policy a month ago with Barry because my bill had increased over $300 without a logical explanation and without any type of resolution. I woke up one day after haven canceled the policy over a month ago!!and saw I had $700 taken out of my account from Allstate .I visit the office and did not receive an apology from anyone , Barry didn’t even come out his office to speak with me directly . Turns out he never canceled my policy . Also let me add I had to come out of pocket to pay for a tow , I sent Barry a copy of my reciept as requested and it wasn’t until I complained almost 2 months later that I recieved the check in the mail . My experience has been that of unprofessionalism , he doesn’t return calls or emails . I would recommend going elsewhere .
