I placed an online order EXTREMELY excited waiting for the order to surprise my mother when I finally receive it it’s the wrong color. You would think small problem they made a mistake and simply switch it out. Yes that’s the same thing I thought. However I reached out they tried to insult my intelligence and tell me they sold out and since my phone number wasn’t given they sent me what they had. It didn’t sound right since my email and number was given when I order I even received an email and text after placing the order. The owners reply was to basically send back they’ll email me a return slip and they’ll refund and after I said how is it still available online if it was sold out. He then admitted that they made a mistake. Thanx a lot! It was a purchase for my mothers birthday on the 26th of May so thank you for messing that up for her where now she has to find something else to wear. I won’t recommend again! And if you’re not going in store do not order online this is my second mishap with this company!

Received my jacket today, smaller than i thought.Will be returning to the store today for a bigger size. I visited the store after placing my order online to make another purchase, but their systems were down. He also let me know exchanging my jacket would not be a problem.Stylish clothes and he usually has random sales, also a decent Restaurant (BP Lounge,located on 60th street) you should also check out. Taco tuesdays are decent!

They have horrible reviews. 1 star because “the owner” can’t spell in his responses. If you don’t know the difference between “are” and “our”, I wouldn’t want to shop with you.

I got burnt from them, never order online!Him and his team will scam tf outta you if you try to order online! Never believe “No sale code”on the website because you won’t get ANY ITEMS! If you plan on spending your money with him, just go to the store!

Terrible customer services clothes don’t arrive on time. I order way back in May and still haven’t received my items the owner make all kids of excuses why your order never been delivered. And when you call the store no one want to answer the phone and when they do they take a message and say I have the owner call you back which will never happen. I will never order from this company again not paying my money and to be treated with disrespect. Still the point I had to notify my bank to get my money back from a item I payed for and never received it.

I placed an order for the kids Easter collection and I have not received my package. I tried to contact the store and still no response back. I don’t blame them for my package being misplaced because it’s UPS that said they delivered my package but DID NOT. I just don’t appreciate not being able to contact the store to have my problem resolved. I feel like I just threw 245$ down the drain smh

Great clothing. Black owned, really was looking To support when I made a purchase on 2/2/21 and didn’t find out that my order wouldNot be sent until 2/13 after sending multiple emails and calling the week of to be told “my order was going to be shipped out the next day” then found out today“Hi unfortunately we canceled your order. The system allowed you to order something that’s not in stock.” Leaving this comment not to fuss or put the Company on the spot, but to provide feedback for improvement.These type of experiences make it hard to support small businesses at times.I plan to support moving forward, but only if I’m in Philadelphia to come Into the store, because the online ordering system needs to be improved.Good luck.
