The most horrible experience has become normal. Lines out the door with one teller. 1/2 hour wait time. All you need is one customer with a problem and you'll be waiting a long time. Time to switch to American heritage Credit Union

There is always a very long line in the bank with only one or two tellers. They have a line marked for Business Clients but it is never open. The lady who sits at the podium has a very demeaning tone and comes off very aggressive and abrasive towards customers.

Employees of the bank are very busy don’t have time to take care customers valuable time I had an appointment 10 am but no body care and waste my hours this is weird.

Today‘s experience is the worst ,I really don’t want to give a star, because the Spanish women with glasses at the deposit counter has a low service attitude and is rude to me,while working and chatting with the workers around me ,there are a lot of people waiting for a long time,hoping to train unqualified workers

If I could give this place a negative star, I would give it a negative 5 stars! Absolutely the worst bank I ever been too. Expect them to waste 1-3 hours of your life. Short staffed on the days that matter is ridiculous. It's 1 person as a bank teller on Fridays so don't expect to cash/deposit your checks here without waiting forever to do so. Unprofessional, rude, and lazy. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. BOA needs to invest in hiring more people for these facilities. I spend more time at their banks than a Emergency room!! Which is unbelievable!

I hardly ever conduct any transaction in person, unless it’s an absolutely last resort and I always abhor having to go to that branch knowing what the outcome will be every time.The acronym for this branch should spell G.H.E.T.T.O considering how extremely low their standards of service is. There is seldom more than 2 tellers available at anytime, even during what they know to be their busiest hours. But then again considering the demographic base of customers served particularly at that branch, I suppose they meet them exactly where they are since said customers appear to care less about how poorly they are treated.

Worst ban out there , they charged me monthly fees twice and when asked why they said to maintain an account which is ridiculous, asked the customer care to remove that since I wasnt aware, he refused, and I had to go there 2 times and wase 3 hours of my life to close the account, stay away from bank of america they dont deserve your business.

Avoid come to the cashier with the old lady she is very rude I don’t know why if the people who’s come to the bank is for give them a benefit and not for soliciting nothing, i have a company and i have a plan to opened a account with them but for she be rude with me i feel scare to do that with that bank

Called this morning and the woman was very helpful, informative and super sweet. Nothing like the nasty customer service we received at the Cottman Ave location.
