There are usually a few people at this place, and they help you with everything you need. As the rest of the American banks, expect the service to be slow.

I honestly never had a problem when I go there in person, but sometimes I feel like I'm being added extra charges to my bank account. Things that was deducted earlier comes up again as though their deducting it again.
