The worst branch location in Philly. Never have I ever been so insulted for trying to make a deposit as small business in this location. Now I’m going to cancel my business account and take my no good money to Chase down the block.

The absolute worst bank, and employees I have ever encountered. Unwilling to ever help, and lie about what they can and can’t assist you with. Do yourself a favor, choose a different bank!

How many times has BOA been bailed out by the government and still charges the most high late fees, fees for using other atms & depending on your state, atms maybe very hard to find. You might also try to make a purchase and they will do this cute thing for security and deny a transaction multiple times but still deduct the amount from your account and hold it as “processing “. I called to get transaction cleared and I still won’t allow the purchase.

I came to this branch expecting to receive some help in pushing along a case of check fraud that occurred at my expense. I was told they would not even place a phone call on my behalf or sit with me to address the issue. They told me to talk to my bank. My bank is waiting on a response from Bank of America.I was informed that Bank of America can't be expected to review the validity of checks they cash.I was told they've taken millions of dollars in losses to this sort of thing and yet they won't respond to my banks repeated requests. It's been 6 months.They'll treat you this way if you let them. Don't bank with them.

I know this goes without saying, but bank of America has one of the worst customer services known to man! If you wanted to be treated like p*** and have every dollar you have stolen then please bank here, but if you have any respect for yourself then choose another bank!

Well, I took the extra journey to have the pleasure of coming to this 5 star location. And it was worth it! Everyone was so friendly , the teller was smiling and made me feel welcomed. Thanks y'all!
