Darrell has easily been the coolest, and most informative person I have the chance to meet. He helped up figure out which headphones would be best for us, and let us tour around the other very exciting speakers. I’m looking forward to consulting with him more on sound systems for the home one day.

Great customer service. Staff is knowledgeable and willing to work around your schedule. B&O products are not cheap and i waited for years before buying something.. was worth the wait and i would recommend making an appointment to see/hear just how great the speakers are.

Noe helped me picking out earbuds and they are perfection. The best on the market - they survived the Detroit house test so, they have to be. He showed me around and we did a test listen to other products. Excellent customer service and product!

Popped into the store for a demo of the Beosound Theatre and the Beolab 90s and had a fantastic time. Prior to flying in, I emailed the store via the B&O Website to book a private demo and Hayley responded to me. She was more than willing to work with me on time/date for me to come into the store and experience a demo. When I arrived at this location, Emmanuel and the other gentleman (I didn't get his name, my bad on that) were incredibly helpful and most importantly - knowledgeable. Anyone can go to the B&O website or watch YouTube videos and learn about these products, but having knowledgeable people like Emmanuel on-hand is priceless. I'm not sure why there are bad reviews for this store. B&O is a luxury HiFi brand. HiFi products have always cost a fair bit of money, so don't get sticker shock coming into the store. ;) Thank you to Hayley, Emmanuel, and the others at this location for the wonderful assistance and hospitality. If you're in the area and you're a fan of music or film, stop in for a demo of the Beolab 90s. You won't be disappointed.

I never visited this place, but I did look on their website, I was looking for car audio for my 2021 F150, but the website just gives you Vague info on the B&O systems that they(B&O & FORD) Hype up in the Vehicles Feature list. The website is incomplete and for that reason I did not bother to visit the store. I wish they (B&O and Ford) would give F150 buyers more options when it comes to these so called premium audio systems they are putting in newer trucks, my truck has A B&O audio system in it and let me just say that for 50k + Vehicle, I'm very Very VERY DISAPPOINTED With the B&O stereo system. And yet I was willing to try and stick with this stereo Manufacturer only to find out that they offer little to No after purchase options or support.

I love B&O, and this store is awesome. The customer service is amazing, and they let you hear any speaker that you’re interested in. The movie room is absolutely wild to experience, and the aesthetic in there is beautiful. Noe has been handling my customer service and helping me figure out what earbuds work best for me. I can’t even explain how much he has helped, he really has gone above and beyond. Soon, I’ll be loving the new EX model earbuds, and then after that I’m getting a moon speaker for my apartment. Highly recommend coming in to visit this place, even if you just want to check it out.

Design studio and showroom on the west end of Walnut, Still gots the B&O magic! Motorized television ("harmony") is the only product that moves before your eyes, LG flatscreens in 4K and beyond. The Rolls Royce of audio and visual equipment, Beo pronounced infra-red as passé and was doing wireless audio long before Bluetooth was a thing. Where price is no object, B&O has been the ultimate status symbol of home and car audio, television, wired and mobile telephones, pricing 10x, 50x or 100x comparable products in the market. BEOPLAY (retired) Anyone remember the $3k (or was it $6k?) Beoplay six-CD player that would showcase your CDs and spin them to align when stopped? Slide your finger over the bezel edged glass to have it slide open, motion sensors to prevent the blazing fast changer from clipping your hand if you placed it in the way by mistake (or to show it off)? THEY'VE STILL GOT THE MAGIC -- HARMONY Harmony (television) speakers rotate to reveal the screen, partially concealed but which slowly slides up to its full visibility, just like the olden days.

A beautiful looking B&O store with a great variety of speakers. Great customer service too - Noe was kind enough to demo the speakers for us. Learnt a lot from the visit!
