Arrived to pick up the car I had prepaid for and reserved (an SUV for a road trip) and was told the car was not there but I could have the one car they had there (a sedan). I said ok, expecting to be refunded for the cost difference between the two cars since SUV’s are more expensive. The staff here said that would be much too difficult since I prepaid. This place really feels like a scam.

I got really good service from BOB, this was after that I tried by Budget but She wasn't here to help me, but BOB helped me out with everything. Cancelled our reservation 1 hr before pick up. Worst service we’ve experienced as Avis preferred. This place needs to be closed down.

Customer service lied about the cost of gas. They clearly told me it would cost $4 a gallon, but I was charged $75 after dropping off the vehicle with a 3/4 full tank.Update: Avis reached out and issued a refund for the difference.

Beware of price changes while booking Avis car rental at Costco Travel. My pricing doubled in the few minutes I was checking rates for various car sizes and Rental car companies and I did not realize that rates have doubled and unfortunately booked at the higher rate!Very disappointing from Avis and Costco!

Once again, Avis did not process my drop-off return until I called them (a week later). The automated phone system sent me to the wrong department after spending time entering my rental data. So, I had to do it again. The operator tried to give me excuses. There is no excuse for bad service.

Easy access to Avis rental. All the rental companies are all in the same office space at the terminal. once booked, there is an elevator next to the booking office that takes you to the pickup/parking spot with ease. The spots are labelled with letters/numbers. Although locations differ in services, I had an unpleasant experience with my rental car in Baltimore. I would recommend emphases on new/modern cars.

AVIS rental 30th St station is great site for location and it's friendly agents at the counter. I'm posting remarks because my husband states they need to take the time to service the vehicles. The SUV rental we had needed an oil change, tires rotated, etc sounded like a truck...

My rez was 430 and the kiosk (Amtrak location) closed at 445 (Sunday). My uber was running late so I tried twice to call but was told they don't have a phone. I was hoping they might reach out to me CONSIDERING THEY DONT HAVE A PHONE but they did not. Once I found the location in the train station they said they already locked the keys in the vault. Sorry. Instead of $150 rental, I had to pay $700 for a train to get my daughter to her college graduation. Thanks for all your effort, Avis.

I had a pick up time of 5pm for my rental but apparently they also close at 5pm so when I arrived at this location at my pick up time, they were closed. It doesn’t make sense to allow a pick up time at the same time they close.
