I came in pretty late with a dead battery and no clue where to start. I had to get a jump to the store and was super stressed. The two employees-I’ll have to find their names-were extremely helpful, and also provided laughs while i waited. They told me my best options for a new battery and assisted me with purchasing. He then helped me install it and took no longer than 15 minutes. Extremely grateful for these kind employees.

I called before I went in-store to the AutoZone location at 2524 Aramingo Ave. to see about a sensor on my dash. Alandra confirmed that they had the free check engine light tool available and someone could do the test for me today. I arrived shortly thereafter and Alandra was very polite when she ran the test and printed out the results. She explained them to me in a way that I could understand and also let me know what part was needed. Amazing customer service!

Bad customer service more 45 minutes waiting in line they never get back to me.and i wait like hours and I call back its the same thing I have 15 minutes waiting and im still in the line

Alex at the auto zone on Aramingo was super helpful! My battery was corroded and stuck in the car and he went above and beyond to replace it for me. Amazing customer service and a really nice guy!

Aleksy is amazing! He picked up my call and helped me with what I needed for my car. My battery actually ended up being fine and I didn’t need to buy one. He was so honest when he could had easily sold it to me and made a sale. Would recommend it here
