I should really clarify my review, my issue is with the company not so much as this store location or employees or anything. My interaction with your rep was brief, as there was not much he could do for me because of the At&t policies that made me give this 2 star review, I can change it to reflect the location better.

My customer rep at Cottman AT&T store was courteous, very helpful, and knowledgeable. She spent a long time with me helping me to be sure it all transferred to the new phone.

Amazing customer service and was very patient with my neice. Friendly and funny I really like the store rep that approached us. Bintou deserves a raise!! lol
