The store made a mistake. Hours if calling 611 resulted in no help ( prepaid). Sunday it could of been resolved at store bit store was sure po orusingly not open. Still not workung

I walked into this store location yesterday and described my problem to two staff members. I was the only person in the store. Without even looking at my device, an employee informed me that they couldn’t help me. They told me to try to get assistance from the Apple Store. This misled me and caused me to spend two hours frustrated in the Apple Store… only to be sent back to At&T. I was too upset to return to this location, so I called customer service. After a (very long) wait on the phone (which I wanted to avoid, which is why I walked into a store location in the first place) an AT&T agent fixed my device quite simply by uninstalling and reinstalling my cellular service on the device. This location’s unwillingness to assist me after I barely shared my difficulties with them speaks volumes about the employees and their management. I hope this changes as I once believed AT&T had exceptional customer service. After a problem that lasted two months, across 3 branch locations with negative interactions (including this location), and three different multi-hour long phone calls - on top of paying for a device I was NEVER able to use for two months - I will be exiting AT&T as soon as possible. The fix was simple.

My sons birthday is tomorrow so I ordered a phone to be available for pickup today. I hate that it was this location for parking reasons but I took it because this was all that was available. When I walked in I thought I was being helped until someone else came and told me they don't have phones that are ordered online to which I thought impossible because I have a confirmation email with this location listed. I sat down to be assisted by Shawn/Sean who was bothered that I wanted the numbers transferred. I arrived at 6pm. At 6:45 after this whole drawn out process he tells me he can't transfer the numbers that it takes 24 hours. Why I sat for 45 minutes I'll never know. It seems to me that he just didn't want to do it because the store was closing and decided to give whatever excuse. I appreciate kindness and patience when I'm being served as a customer and it just wasn't my experience here.

I had just gotten my Galaxy s23 Ultra and was having trouble with my eSim. I walked in and spoke with Jordan. He was someone I hadn't seen before and was worried initially. But, not only did he solve my problem, he did it quickly and professionally. He was the only person in the store since 1 manager was away and the other was on vacation. He should be commended on his professionalism and efficiency.

I didn't have a great experience at this location. I went to another location on 69th Street and had a much better experience. The sales person helping me lied about what I owed left on my phone.
