My order was over 30 minutes late, and the food was lukewarm, bordering on cold. The chicken fingers were dry and tough while the fries were just okay. There was also a separate fried bit in the box that I thought was a small piece of chicken, but it ended up being a chicken wing tip, so that was unpleasant to bite into. Very disappointing.
