I came across a super-sized Hello Kitty at the store, but it was way too expensive. They were asking $400 for it, but I've seen the same item online for a much lower price. I understand that it's a retail product, but it's just too expensive for something that's not easy to afford.

Shein sells a set of couplets for 1$ for 45$ :))
Scam shop, stay away from them. They sell the stuff for 45$ when I got the same thing from shein for 1$.

Very cute store and the new location is a huge upgrade! More spacious so it’s easier to look around and enjoy finding cute things.
It is a bit pricy tho. But mostly very good!

A couple of cute items, I am a superfan. I was looking forward to buying a hello kitty elephant plush until I was rudely followed around the small store. I politely put my items back. I prefer to shop where i’m not being racially profiled and singled out. Its 2024, not cool.

I think this store has cute and appealing merchandise, however, my partner and I were not satisfied with the customer service. The woman at the front counter kept staring at me (A black woman) from the moment I entered the store to when I left. My partner was using their phone to text someone and she got angry with us because she thought we were taking pictures. I am also assuming she thought we were trying to steal. I believe she was racially profiling me and I think that’s really disappointing because I used to love this store. Avoid at all cost.

cute stuff…. but it’s hella overpriced. Plus the atmosphere in there was very unwelcoming as well…the lady who worked there keeps following you around and looking at you, i couldn’t even browse the area without a peace of mind. Like i get that you are making sure no one is stealing but you don’t have to consistently follow your customers and watch them like a hawk??
