I used to always purchase hosiery from this place. The quality used to be so good, now it has gone down tremendously. The hosiery doesn’t stay up I spent all day in and out of the bathroom constantly pulling them up.

Ashley Stewart is the worst. One their website they claim if you order before 3pm you can pick up the order same day. I placed an order @ 5:30 am. I got the confirmation email but that’s all I received. So I called them today mind you I placed the order yesterday. Rudely they tell me they canceled my order due to not having items in my size. Now since I placed the order yesterday shouldn’t I have gotten the notification yesterday. They told me they sent it today @ 10:15am which I never got. Call customer service because the charge is on my phone but it will be reversed in 3 -5 days but I can find another store and purchase it again. Not a cool way to do business since the issue was caused by them. It didn’t take 3-5 days to put the amount on my card. I’m done with Ashley Stewart?
