I doubt anyone cares, just like the arts condominium emplyees and managment, but this place gives a great deal of inconvenience to the tenants above. Police reports are always filed and submitted, as the music is overly obnoxious. I dont even want to get into the whole cockroach and fly problem above.
Come here and get ready to get yelled at in the lobby and I hope nothing more.

Wish I could give Arts Ballroom more than 5 starts! They were amazing to work with. Nicole and Emmy were great and answered every single question I had no matter what it was and in a very timely manner. The entire planning process was very stress free. They were on top of everything. Our wedding surpassed all of our expectations. Every employee was super nice and very professional. The venue itself is beautiful and doesn't need many decorations. The food was absolutely amazing. There were endless options. People could not stop raving about the food. It was the best decision we could have made. Highly recommend touring and having your wedding at the Arts Ballroom.

The Arts Ballroom surpassed all our expectations. The venue was breathtaking, the food was delicious, and the customer service was outstanding. Nicole and Emmy made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend this wedding venue to any bride seeking an all-inclusive place to get married.

I got married last Sunday at the Arts Ballroom July 7 2024, let me tell you this is a million dollar venue , second to none. The venue is beautiful the staff is the best the food is magnificent. I would marry there again and again. My guest can stop taking about my wedding ,the venue ,the staff they are heaven sent,the food the top shelve liquor. The Arts Ballroom gave me a Cinderella wedding the only thing missing was the glass slippers lol. Nicole Nicole Nicole people hire Nicole to be your coordinator, I called her my CHAOS coordinator meaning someone who solves problems you never knew existed in ways that will blow your mind. That's my fairly Godmother who made me had a perfect Cinderella wedding. She crossed everything T and dotted every I. She took care of me in every single way you could think about I wish I could rate this venue more than 5 stars this venue is just magical. Thanks to the Arts Ballroom and there wonderful staff for giving me the best wedding day I could ever asked for . Big up the Arts Ballroom, Nicole I love u so much please guys continue doing the great job you're doing make people like me happy . People booked them trust me you won't have any regrets. Thank you again to the Arts Ballroom from Latoya and Elvis Sewell

The Arts Ballroom deserves more than five starts. My daughter's wedding was there this past weekend. From the moment they toured the venue with Taylor and all the correspondence I had with Taylor she didn't miss a detail. Taylor exceed all our expectations. The venue is truly beautiful and the food is exceptional. Mike our Maître D was so attentive to every detail of the night and always made sure there was nothing needed. The cocktail hour was amazing with all the food and décor. We had guests coming up to us to say they have never been to such a beautiful wedding reception and how delicious all the food was. The entire staff during the entire evening was absolutely the best not missing a detail. I even had John one of the owners present and he couldn't of been more gracious and attentive. The Venetian hour was above and beyond what I could have imagined. If you want to have an amazing reception and delicious food than The Arts Ballroom is the one, I highly recommend The Arts Ballroom.

My husband and I got married on 2-23-24 and we can not say enough wonderful things about the Arts Ballroom. Nicole was such a pleasure to work with and made all of our planning very easy. I am a chef and the food selection and quality were absolutely amazing and our guests are still raving about every aspect of the cocktail hour, buffet and Viennese hour. The chef at the ballroom was very attentive to any restrictions as well. My husband is a professional drummer, so a stage was built for husband to play during the reception and everything sounded great! Emmy, John, the wait staff and bridal attendants made the night very smooth for us as well! If you want an elegant and fun wedding please consider the Arts Ballroom! We are so thankful we did!!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My husband and I got married here in October 2023 and from start to finish, the experience was amazing. When we came to visit the venue, we fell in love, and the price was very reasonable, especially for everything it includes! Every single staff member was so friendly and our guests still compliment us on how nice everyone was. The amount of food, and quality of food, was just incredible. I have nothing but positive things to say about the venue and staff. Truly a hidden gem. I hope one day my husband and I can attend a wedding here, so we can fully enjoy everything it has to offer.
