An absolute scam. Do not take your pet here unless you want to be up charged with every single hidden fee possible. You incur a 3% surcharge for using a credit card, they charge you an extortionate fee every time you visit, their rates for routine check-ups, prescription fills, and neuter/spay surgeries are exceedingly expensive. There are hidden fees for genuinely EVERYTHING you can imagine, even when you explicitly ask for a quote, they will find a way to exceed it.

I have been bringing my cat to Dr Shafer for a few years now and am extremely impressed with both her + the entire team each time I go. Communication and customer service is above and beyond, the urgent care aspect is a nice option should something come up as emergencies seem to. I feel confident with my cat in their hands every single time!

I've been bringing my poodle mix, Deja, here for the last 2 years since adopting her. They took care of all her puppy visits, vaccines, spaying and every worry we've ever had. They've made her so comfortable that she gets excited for vet visits and has never been the slightest bit nervous or afraid. It truly feels like all the vets and staff love what they do, and show such love and car to the animals. They always do extra services and take extra time, with minimal charges and very affordable pricing. Dr. John Ball is the best doctor, and is an expert in behavioral issues. He's taken the time to be very hands on, giving guidance and advice in training her and correcting any of her difficult problem behaviors. I trust them fully for urgent care and general wellness needs alike!

Everything was wonderful (even though our diagnosis was sad) - thank you so much to the entire staff for your kindness! I don't remember anyone's name but the vet was great as well as the tech I spoke to when I called back later! They were willing to have an extensive discussion regarding diagnosis and they answered all my follow up questions. I even called back later and everyone was wonderful a second time around. The layout is great, there was actually a lot of parking options - I would highly recommend this urgent care!

excellent experience over 3 visits. Phone calls were promptly returned, front desk staff was excellent, vet tech and dr. were professional, caring and patient. Radiograph results were reported same day ; I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from the dr in the evening. Best vet experience I ever had. All staff was great. Dr. Louisa Petronis and her assistant were wonderful. Excellent communication in person and on phone.

Took our dog to Art City’s urgent care due to some rapid breathing. This was our first experience with Art City, and the entire staff was wonderful. Dr. Ball in particular, was extremely kind, compassionate, and thorough in Couper’s examine - He eased any concerns we had.

This place is absolutely incredible. My cat was sick and I didn't want to wait for his normal vet so I took him here. Everyone was so kind and caring and they took amazing care of him. They were so amazing that I actually requested for them to become my primary vet because I was so impressed with how much they cared. I absolutely trust my pets with them and I would encourage others to seek their care if your furry friend for their medical care.

I was happy to find out that an Urgent Care exists for animals. It was a relief to not have to go to an ER. Your staff was kind and helpful. Thank you. The person I spoke to before coming in was very thorough and we really appreciated that. The vet and vet tech were both great. Thank you for the great quality of care for my cat.

Used this practice for urgent care, first time here and everyone was exceptional with kindness and knowledge. Everything was explained thoroughly l, all options were given and explained. Facility very clean and convenient. Literally everyone i spoke to was so kind and amazing. Their compassion for both the animal and the person during a stressful time was great.

came here earlier today because my cat wasn’t feeling well this morning and i’m so grateful i chose this urgent care! i was an anxious mess but everyone who worked there was so kind, patient and really took their time. they even set us up in a separate room while waiting so he could get out of his carrier and provided water and treats - it’s first come first serve so there was a bit of a wait but they got us in as soon as possible and we were on our way with some medication for my fur child! thank you guys :)

Let it hearby be known, Smokey the stray has sworn a Wookiee life-debt, the most solemn vow a furball can take, to the good folks who cleaned her up and shot her up with neonates or whatever, staving off terrible dehydration. Within 24 hours her ears were returning to normal shape instantly when I scrunched them instead of over a couple seconds. When we got home, she was able to begin eating and drinking with gusto. We look forward to her bowels being worm free. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and kind. You saved dis kitt. Thanks Dr. Keen, techs, and receptionists.
