The staff at ARCpoint Labs was fine. They were friendly and helpful, but their Indemia equipment went down and reportedly goes down almost daily.

The lady working the fingerprinting was very kind. She let me walk in hours before my appointment and made for the easiest fingerprinting I’ve done.

The woman who did my finger printing was complaining and speaking badly about another woman in the waiting room the whole time she was with me. When I said it was rude and unprofessional she stopped doing my finger prints go explain to me why the woman was so wrong. I told her it was inappropriate for her to be discussing anyone else’s business with me and she started repeating that she was just trying to be friendly. I don’t understand what’s friendly about that level of i professionalism during what is supposed to be a private service.

My first visit to get a blood test was confusing. There was only one person working out front and she was doing multiple jobs. I was told to wait but still had no idea what, how, when I would be taken in. It is all about service. The two people working were doing the best they could. You should get someone to enhance the reception part and split the jobs people do. As an aside, bathrooms would be nice. I was told I had to leave and go across the street or into the apartment building. Very bad for somewhere you have to wait. People coming for your service are not the general public. Also you were hard to find.

I went for one service and was charged for another because the gentleman was on the phone ,potentially with another customer, instead of helping me. Then when I paid and noticed there was a mistake he looked at me in my face and lied about what service he chose while helping me. I called into customer service. They weren’t able to help me. I called in the next day, I found a person who was willing to help me gave me the correct information on how to find my payment receipt because they didn’t give me one. I looked it up and he charged me for a TSA service instead Of twic card enrollment.

My experience with ARCpoint Labs was seamless. I was a few minutes late, because I had a little trouble finding the office. Upon arrival, I was seen within a few minutes of signing in, & my appointment took less than 10 minutes from start to finish.

When you walk in there’s no indication who to talk to. You get to a seating area and after a few minutes someone asks your name and why you’re there in front of everyone else as they’re literally standing in front of the group of people waiting.
