Took 2 pair of my daughters school pants there to be hemmed, I used this place plenty of times. Never had an issue until today. I picked them up and she tried them on they were way to short. I replied back to the pick up number they reach out to you from with a detailed messaged and picture. Got no response. I go in there today and just explain the problem not angry or complaining. Just a simple “hey I got these hemmed but they seem way to short can we just uncuff them?” The daughter starts interrogating me with questions. Telling me my daughter didn’t have sneakers on when I brought them in, did I even have her try them on? Which she wasn’t there when I dropped them off and had her try them on to measure for the hem it was just her mother. She then says She’s got to pull the camera up to make sure she was wearing sneakers. Still I had no animosity just a simple it happens can we uncuff them? They are just to short. Well these are stretchy pants even you pulling them down shows the right length this isn’t our fault. You gotta keep pulling them down. Proceeds to say ok we’ll un hem a half of inch I say ok whatever is possible I understand yous cut about 4 inches off there’s only so much you can do. She’s like well we did what you said. I explained she wasn’t there she wasn’t the one to help me. And said I’ll take my business else’s where. She smiles and says ok no problem you don’t need it done goodbye. The right sneaker is what she wore to measure out the hem, I would have never agreed to that short of a pant leg. They were very rude and not helpful!

Nice woman that runs the place, but their prices are insane. Took my daughters prom dress in to get about 3 inches taken off, and she wanted$ 245.00, which is a lot since the gown wasn't even that much.

Will definitely do business here again. Needed something dry cleaned just a few hours prior to my event and it was done with no issues and also done before the original time give which was an awesome thing as well. Friendly and very good at what they do!

These ppl to high on their prices who they think their dry cleaning for Chelsea Clinton. An the owner had a terrible attitude..I just walked out an took my business elsewhere.!

Hands down the best! Needed my blazer to get hemmed asap for Easter brought it in Thursday it was done by Friday morning. The ladies are super nice. You guys won't regret it.

I've had the best customer service experience that I've had in a long time right here at Aramingo Cleaners. At the very last minute, we're talking less than two days before our wedding, my darling husband changed up his entire outfit. Anna at Aramingo got his outfit done in time and it was done beautifully. She even texted me the minute it was done to let us know. She is just an excellent person to deal with and I'm so grateful for her attentiveness. Anna you're awesome thank you!

I had four pair of jeans that needed to be hemmed and brought them in on a Thursday. I was told they would be done by Monday but I requested ASAP.On Friday, the day after I brought them to the store, I recieved a phone call saying they were done early as I had requested ASAP if possible.Most if not all other places told me it would cost $15.00 per pair. Aramingo cleaners only charged me $12.00 per pair !The woman I dealt with was very nice and courteous and the work they did was impeccable !I would definitely use this place again !!Good Price....Great work.....and Fast
