I swear if I could give them 0 stars I would! This was the worst experience I have ever had. I can't attest to their auto body work but they were assigned to me as a service provider through progressive insurance for a simple tow to a location less than 1 mile away from where it was to be picked up at. I called at 9pm and was given an ETA of 10:30 (which was already ridiculous) and guess what...no call no show! I am 8 months pregnant with two children and it was the night before winter storm Quinn was set to arrive so temperatures had dropped severely. I called again at 2am and STILL...NOTHING! No answers or update. I called my insurance and they were able to get a hold of them and explained to me that they were caught up in an accident situation earlier and would be to pick up my van in 10 minutes. However no one ever called me to inform me that they would be delayed. We're not talking an hour or two...we're talking 5 hours I heard nothing! Well guess what...that 10 minutes plus an additional 3 hours and 50 minutes went by and still NO APPROVED AUTO BODY tow truck!! I called my insurance company AGAIN to see what was going on. They were able to confirm the car had just been picked up and delivered to the location a few minutes prior to my call. Well fast forward to 11am the dealership calls and say they see the car but no key. APPROVED AUTO BODY LOST MY CAR KEY! I call them and FINALLY get an answer to what appeared to be Calvin's (the guy who answered) personal cell phone (which explains why he didn't answer all night long). He then goes on and hung up on me after I asked him to get in contact with the driver that dropped my vehicle off because the key is not where it's supposed to be. I called Calvin back from a different number and he answers once again LIEING and saying we were disconnected! yea right! So he finally says he spoke with the driver named Michael who claims to have not touched the key at all and it should be in the car still. How the hell can you tow a van without using the key to put it in neutral and tow it? Another lie! They looked high and low for the key inside the van and it wasn't there. Some time goes by and mysteriously the dealer finds the key in his mailbox. But wait a minute APPROVED AUTO BODY LIED AGAIN and said the driver NEVER touched the key!! This is the worst place ever! If you are in an emergency situation DO NOT CALL THEM!! And I still have yet to receive an apology or anything from this place. Pathetic!

I will always go to them and hopefully they will give me the same service because they know how to treat people I had took my car there when it was in a accident and it looked just like nothing ever happened to my car I love it

Extremely friendly and professional staff, finished my car quickly, and answered all the questions I had. They were really decent on the price too. I highly recommend all my friends and family to this shop for the car needs. Thanks again for all your help. The owner and the main mechanic were very helpful and I appreciate all of your help.

Very good service, good people and they weren't tying to get over. Even after I saw something that they needed to fix way after my car was in my possession they fixed it with no problems. My car ran great and they got it back to me in a timely fashion. I love their work! i would recommend them to anyone.

Went there today on the advice of a friend to have my tailgate fixed. Didn't catch the name of the mechanic who worked on it, but he knew exactly what he was doing and did a great job.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! They are horrible in every way.. Very unprofessional. When i went to pick up my car which they tried to get me to pay for before i saw the work, it had primer and marks on it and a couple of scratches that werent there when i dropped it off. I pointed it out and they took the car back and fixed the area they were suppose to do. But didnt buff out the scratches that got there while in there care. I asked why not the this skinny ignorant guy said at first he didnt know how they got there and didnt know any thing about them, then when this fat girl came out changed up his whole story. He said he saw them before he started working on my car. I said but you just said you didn't know anything about them. He had the nerve to say he didnt remember at that time. I said what you just said it 30 seconds ago before she came. Obvious that he was lying i thought she would say they will take care of it. But incredibly she said were not doing anything then he proceed to lash out at me and say do you remember everything when your at work and doing your job i said yes. He then got very hostile. They are just horrible. I asked to speak to the manager and they had the nerve to say he doesnt want to talk to you.wow. the people writing these reviews have to be friends.The first red flag should be they only take cash. there was a couple in there already complaining that they lied to them and didnt do work properly on their car when i came to pick up my car it was too late though. I wish i would have known before hand. If you dont care about quality of work or respect. Go here but if you have a nice car and want quality work and to be treated like a human go to keenan on blue grass road. They are higher but absolutely worth it cheap is not always better!!! Id rather have a crackhead touch my car before i go there again!!! Beware they are ver nice when they are trying to get your business. Peggy was sweet. But after they got your car they could careless and the work is not that great but what are you gonna do all they will do is hold you car hostage until you pay . again thats why its cash only. Red flag!

The owner George has worked on my car for almost 20 years- ZERO problems or headaches. The negative reviews appear to all be concerned with paperwork/towing issues none with the quality work of provided.
