Made 2 appts here one appt was canceled 20 minutes before I wasted my lunch time. Scheduled another appt got there waited half hour past my appt was told doctor was stuck in traffic n it would be another 20 minutes! Another lunch hour wasted. Meanwhile another doctor was on-site watching videos on his computer! I left! This place is a circus! They have no regard for peoples time. Stay away! Worthless business

This was my first time in Americas best. Never again. When I walked into the store, they appear to be three employees, one of which was helping someone and the other two buried in a computer. One reached out to say hello, how may help you, I'll be with you in a minute...I walked around the store for about 10 minutes trying on glasses with no acknowledgment that I was even in the store. It is a very small store located in Hamilton New Jersey if they can't even say hello what kind of attention are they going to give to making me the proper glasses and making sure they fit properly. America's best, would not be the name I give this establishment.

Came in for a medical exam because I had harsh soap in my eye that caused conjunctivitis and wanted to be seen for relief or treatment and to make sure my eye is ok. The front desk staff was short but helpful.However, when I sat in the waiting room which seemed like forever, the tech comes up to me in and rudely asks why I was there and when I told her why, she said that my eye isn't even red and basically acted like they didn't want to help me because I am not a previous customer or they will charge more. I don't know what her issue was or if she liked her job but I'm obviously there so the doctor can examine me and help me. Not for a tech to tell me nothing is wrong just by assumption without being seen by a qualified person. Then the Doc told her to just do a couple pre tests and she kept badgering me about the appointment issue. Rude. I just left. Horrible care

Very Bad Customer Service I order Biofinity Contact Lenses and they mail me a totally different Brand I was very specific & explained to them that I wanted Biofinity Brand Nothing else.I call them and they try to convinced me to use it something that I really do not want to use it.Very unpolite from them to supply what customer DO NOT WANT TO USE.

The staff at this store is dishonest, rude, and unknowledgeable. It's very possible to speak to multiple people at this location, and still not have the correct information, resulting in a lot of wasted time. Dr. Roman was nice, and that was the only positive experience. There's no amount discount that could make up for the bad service, and even worse and inconsistent information this store provides.

Mask mandate is back now. After three years of this nonsense, they decided to bring it back?! They even refuse to accommodate those not wearing masks. There is no evidence-based effectiveness of those masks whatsoever. Do not do any business here.

rep became immediately unfriendly after making a purchase. no thank you goodbye just purchased $200 glasses without any promotions because they couldn’t process my insurance. pushed unnecessary upgrades when glare has not been helpful during night driving . treated like a price tag. furthermore due to unkind receptionists i decided to not return

There are 4 places in South Philly that accept my vision insurance. 3 wouldn’t even talk to me and Vision works hung up on me. When I called they verified everything. When I got there they called around to find out about my coverage. Even printed it out and put in my chart. Furthermore I have a rare genetic disorder. I go to hospitals and nurses and doctors do not know much. The doctor here not only knew about it, she was familiar with things I need to be on the lookout for. What kind of disorder it is. Even though my kids and husbands insurance is not accepted there I will gladly pay out of pocket to go here.

Wow..What a relief! A irritation in my right eye was relentless.>I thought it would fade in timebut it didn't. It was very red,sensitive, uncomfortable and very noticeable.>I felt like 'Patient Zero'??. I was thinking the worst. Dr. M. Karamisakis treated me and prescribed medication that started working quickly. By the next morning, my eye slowly was clearing.>Feeling and looking better?>The staff was Amazing as well?!

As soon as I walked in I was given nastey looks just because of my skin color. The first associate that helped walked away mid conversation and the second that helped was just all around rude. Horrible service

2 stars for the technicians and the front receptionists.... Everything else was awful: from the exam, picking out glasses, having to ask for better lenses, to not being told until after 2 weeks that my script was complete (because I called) and then having the script be wrong. I guess you get what you pay for. What a waste of time and money

I've only been here a few times, but have always had a great experience! I actually prefer this location to my previous one in south jersey which was always overcrowded. Maybe I just came at the right time, but each time I've had an exam the wait was very short & staff was friendly and attentive. The doctor I saw remembered me and did an excellent job addressing my concerns (Dr. M, I forget her full name).

I had an absolutely amazing experience here. I saw a few bad reviews, so i was hesitant at first, but I'm so glad I went here. The technician who did the initial exams was so warm and friendly and we had a really great time chatting. She also apologized for the wait time, even though it wasn't bad at all and I wouldn't have even said they were running late. I then saw Dr. Karamisakis very shortly after, and she was lovely. She also apologized for the wait time, although, again, there was barely any! I've had glasses since the 3rd grade, and this was honestly one of the best eye exams I've ever had. She was incredibly patient and explained everything so well. She helped me find a new brand of contacts that would be less dry and offered me samples to try. Even told me to call her and let her know how they felt. Everyone else I met with was very efficient and professional, I'll be back!
